"We'll talk at home," Yu Jingchen said as he blocked her and led Ziqian out.
In the car, An Ning was still struggling. "Why do we have to talk at home? I can't wait any longer."
"Because... I'm afraid what I say next might make you very angry, might make you want to push me out of the car," Yu Jingchen said, raising a self-deprecating smile.
"Could it be... you went behind my back to find another woman?" An Ning asked.
Yu Jingchen smiled wryly. "I haven't done anything with Dong Jing, yet so much has already happened. If there were something more, I'd go crazy! Don't worry, even if you wanted me to be with another woman, I wouldn't; I don't have the mood for it, nor the energy."
An Ning pondered inwardly, 'He says again that there's nothing between him and Dong Jing, but is that truly the case?'
"Then you must have broken something of mine," An Ning said.
"No!" Yu Jingchen shook his head.
"Then what is it?" An Ning asked urgently.
