In September, Yang Rufeng went down to take the county exam, and, as expected, he was the champion. Everyone was happy, but Xiaofeng wasn't happy at all; he went alone to the big tree at the entrance to poke at an ant nest.
"Brother Xiaofeng, what's wrong?" Xiaobao leaned over to look at Yang Rufeng.
"Sigh!" Yang Rufeng sighed, "I'm still not good enough."
"You're already the champion, how can that not be good enough?" Zhou Ying widened her big, glistening eyes, "Wouldn't that make everyone else garbage?"
"I'm not comparing myself to others." Xiaofeng sighed again, "I'm comparing myself with my brother-in-law, I'm still too far behind."
"What's up with your brother-in-law?"
"My brother-in-law became the champion of the county exam at the age of nine, but I'm already ten years old this year." Xiaofeng sighed again.
Zhou Ying blinked her big eyes, then suddenly chuckled: "You're so melodramatic."
"How am I being melodramatic?" Xiaofeng frowned.
