"This man has incredible stamina," the shopkeeper thought slyly. "They carried on the whole night, and the woman held up well too, never fainting and even screaming until dawn... Maybe it's been too long for them? Really desperate... They've only booked the room for one day; will they be able to get up tomorrow?"
By dawn, everyone had gotten up, but that woman was still moaning. Probably after crying out all night, she was too exhausted, so her voice became softer, but it only fueled more wild imaginations.
"Why are they still at it?" the shopkeeper frowned.
Xiao'er blushed and yawned, "Shopkeeper, our guesthouse has terrible soundproofing."
"Wait, which room is it?" The shopkeeper glanced at the stairs leading to the second floor, suddenly realizing something.
"You hear the sound? Isn't it that one?" Xiao'er pointed.
"Did someone check in after Huang the butler came to book the room yesterday?"
Xiao'er shook his head in confusion. There was no one, not at all.
