Chapter 2 - #3: Blue Butterflies

Blue Butterflies

I never saw one in person, nevertheless, I yearn for its appearance. I remember a brown notebook I once had, where I pasted an image of blue butterfly at the back pages of the notebook. Then I outlined it with colored markers, yellow, pink, violet, indigo, etc. It was colorful. I've always been fascinated with colors and art since I was young, which reminds me with flowers and butterflies. At some point in time, I've started believing in the extraordinary. Where butterflies became symbols of something meaningful, where sounds of birds singing is a new form of healing. I also want to add the dragonflies. In our school playground there were lots of dragonflies and mimosa flowers. No matter how painful it is when I step on the sharp shrubs on the playground, I still loved playing around and running after dragonflies. I sometimes wonder at the notion that they seem to touch the azure sky, while I can only look from afar, admiring its natural exotic beauty. I love reminiscing childhood memories, as always. đź’™
