Grandma's Wolf Pie
The little deer character ran for her life through the Red Woods cursing herself for coming. She, like so many other characters, had accepted the quest when her ticket appeared and she saw the event bonus. No consideration had been given to the difficulty that would've undoubtably accompanied a unique-grade reward.
Normally, Red Woods was a shaded region with some small pests. But, because of the event, what should have been shadows were now patches of inky darkness where full-sized predators were waiting to ambush you. It was also a nighttime setting so there were only a few spots where the moonlight fell to illuminate safe zones. In fact, within the whole forest, you could probably have counted every one of those spots using two hands.
But what really made this event a challenge was that the Wolves were taking part in it.
- Woodland Wanderings (Ant) -

Wolf's Disguise
She's heading Northeast towards the mountain slope.
I'll come in from the side and cut her off. Pierce circle around in case she slips by.
No, Hailey's closer she can handle it. Lupe, Grey, stay on her tail.
Right.
Got it.
After coordinating with the rest of his team, Will readied himself in the dark of a tree along the mountain range Lupe had referred to. As wolf characters, Will and his pack mates had a night vision skill. But it was so dark, even with the skill's aid, they still had trouble seeing fifty feet in front of them.
How does Mockro expect anyone to find anything under these conditions?
Will didn't have much time to ponder the Cosmic's poor gauge for difficulty levels as the deer broke through the forest seconds later. No doubt she'd noticed the blue white column of light marking the safe space just a few feet away. With two wolves chasing her she wouldn't pass up a chance to catch her breath.
"Awwwwwooooooooooaaah-ha-HA-HA-HA!!!" What started as a howl turned to laughter as Will cut off the deer's path to the safe zone and pounced on her.
The character turned out to be so small that Will only needed one of his paws to pin her down. He opened his jaws and began to lower his head ready to deal a fatal blow. Only he had acted so fast, he hadn't noticed that the deer still had one of her arms free.
BAM!
Before Will could finish her off, a boxing glove appeared on the deer's free hand and flew straight into his face and knocked him back. Will landed on the ground and the glove returned to the deer who took off running.
Big mistake.
