If used on a non-sentient or nascent magical beast, this skill will trigger immediate evolution into a sentient form one Rank in potential higher than its base.
Karl wrote out the System description, and Tessa read it carefully twice over before nodding.
"I don't see any harm in it. It's specifically designed for use on nascent beings, so eggs or pregnant women. The only question is if it will count as a Magical Beast."
