The world shook. The blow was so strong that it needed no thick air for its shockwaves to travel through the vacuum. The battlefield was suddenly cleared of the debris and dead bodies that had been floating, leaving it incongruously clean.
The sound from the blow was so loud and its shockwaves so strong that it made Klain feel an ache in his chest, so much he was reminded of the trap that had wiped away a part of his army. It made him instinctively raise his hand to his chest, only to realize that the hand he had tried to move was no more. The phantom sensation turned into a dried pain that brought his focus to the crippling state he had been ignoring, but even that only made his shock stagnate for just an instant.
That blow was not what a Level 6 Integration Stage evolver was supposed to be able to dish. Instead, it was more like a monster wrapped in a smaller skin striving to shake the world.
