Crystal knew that she could not fully trust those who were once of Phatom.
To them, the tale changed that Crystal and Varessa were only being harassed by many enemies and that there were 'favorites' within the kingdom, and those who were the 'losers'.
Stella could not believe it, but it made sense. She turned to her teachers, Kelsy, and to Teravik, who were once these losers.
"Ultimately, whoever is on the side of these favorites is allowed to rise. For example, that little petite girl who mocked you they are member of Stella. Wasn't she granted favor over you in many aspects?" Varessa asked.
Stella trembled.
"I had to play the part that worked with these people to trick them and for us to gain victories. Our little stunt managed to win us not only the Tower Tournament Seed, but also the opportunities to study in the Lightning tower without making our enemies suspicious of us."
