Collei's room was still rather simple at the moment—the bed linens, wardrobe, bookshelf and so on that had just been bought hadn't been arranged yet.
But with the help of Nolan, Amber, and Eula, it took less than half an hour to set up the whole room.
"Phew, now that looks decent!"
Amber looked at all the girlish things in the room, now neatly in place, and nodded in satisfaction.
"Thank you for your hard work, Amber, Eula, and Mr. Adventurer," Collei said, glancing at her two close friends, then at Nolan.
"No big deal."
Eula, arms crossed, lifting her chest just a little where the semi-sheer black stockings hugged her, showed a faint smile.
"Hehe, the big bed is so soft. Eula, let's rest a bit before going back to work."
Amber let herself fall backwards onto the bed, feeling the springy softness of the mattress.
A nap, getting back to patrol Mondstadt in the afternoon—proper rest before work is important, and also a chance to help Collei try out her new mattress.
"Oh right, we still have one last thing undone, don't we?"
Looking at Amber's modest but still quite shapely figure, Nolan spoke slowly.
"Huh? What else isn't ready?"
Collei glanced around her room, confused.
"This—of course, we have to test out the quality of the new stuff, like this big bed," Nolan grinned as he pressed his body onto Amber, sealing her soft lips with his.
"Ah, you guys…" Collei, seeing their actions, shyly covered her face.
"…Mm, Collei's still here..." Amber turned away from Nolan's approaching face, licking her moist lips, feeling a bit shy too.
If it were only Eula present, that'd be fine, but Collei had never seen her and Nolan being so close, so it felt embarrassing.
"What does it matter, Collei will also need to train a bit to improve her abilities later—let me demonstrate first, so your bestie can get used to the process."
Nolan kissed along Amber's neck, pressing his lips to the snow-white skin at her collarbone, his right hand already working her belt and pulling down her brown shorts, along with the white panties beneath.
"…Mmmph!"
Amber was instantly overcome with tingling, numbness, unable to even speak, her dazed eyes fixed on the ceiling.

Eula herself felt a bit constrained in front of Collei—mostly because she thought that if Collei saw the side of her that appeared during "training" with Nolan, it'd be too embarrassing.
"Actually… I think it's fine, I'll just watch a little from the side," Collei responded, blushing, somewhat unwilling to leave, since she had zero knowledge in this area and, by instinct, wanted to see what it was all about.
"Um, alright then..."
Eula didn't press the matter, thinking that she only felt shame because she hadn't seen Collei get close and intimate with Nolan like this yet. After everyone had "trained," there would be no embarrassment left.
Eula simply watched the pair entwined on the bed, her snow-white, full legs, clad in black knee-high heeled boots, tightly crossed as if enduring something.
Nolan lifted Amber's left leg—the one still garbed in those knee-high boots—onto his shoulder, gripping the soft flesh of her thigh with both hands.
After a dozen minutes, he lowered Amber's leg. Her face was flushed as she lay on her side on a pillow, panting lightly.
But Nolan felt that this level of "training" was still not enough, so he looked to Eula with a smile, saying:
"Next up..."
"Let Collei go first. You can't really learn how just by watching, you need to experience it yourself," Eula said as she shoved Collei onto the bed so her entire body landed in Nolan's arms.
"W-wait, I—mmph!"
Collei started to panic, wanting to speak, but her mouth was sealed before she could finish, her words muffled.
As Nolan kissed the shy young girl, his hands caressed the snowy-white skin exposed by her black dress at her back.
"…Mmmph." Collei's face went bright red.
At this moment, his right hand, which was holding her back, squeezed her black skirt and flipped it up just a bit.
After close to ten minutes, Collei finally relaxed her body.
Seeing how exhausted Collei looked from her training, Eula climbed onto the bed from the other side, lying prone as she glanced back at Nolan:
"Hey! Hurry it up!"
"Ahem, no need to rush."
Nolan grinned, helped Collei settle down beside Amber, then moved behind Eula, sitting atop her soft, pressed-together calves.
He pressed his face to her plump bottom, both hands kneading her ample thighs.
After another ten minutes or so, Eula couldn't contain herself any longer.
Finally, Nolan kissed from her hips all the way up to the nape of her neck, hugged her around the waist, and pressed her down into the bed.
All in all, nearly two hours passed. Since Eula and the others still had work, not to delay them, Nolan used Hydro powers to quickly clean everyone up and sent them on their way.
Just as he returned to the Wonderland space, feeling a bit bored, Raiden Shogun messaged that she'd finished arranging his new title.
Actually, a few days earlier, when Nolan first asked her about a new title, Ei had already made up her mind. She simply felt that granting it to him directly inside the Wonderland Space would seem a bit too casual.
It wasn't exactly a major event, but bestowing honors upon someone should still be done with some degree of ceremony.
So Ei had the Shogun notify the Tri-Commission and asked them to send representatives to Tenshukaku to witness the occasion. That would make the whole thing feel much more official.
A title had the potential to increase affection gained from girls in the future, so Nolan naturally followed Ei and teleported straight to the Shogun's side in Tenshukaku.
Since it wasn't a large matter, and so as not to disrupt the work of the Commission heads, the Shogun simply instructed each of them to send one representative to attend.
Inazuma had been undergoing rapid changes recently, and the Commission leaders were all far busier than in the past.
Thus, from the Tenryou Commission, Kujou Sara—who always stayed near the Shogun awaiting orders—attended in their stead.
From the Yashiro Commission, it was of course the highly respected young lady of the Kamisato clan, the Heron Princess—Kamisato Ayaka.
As for the Kanjou Commission, their Commissioner, Hiiragi Chisato's father, was far away on Ritou. It would be unreasonable to summon him back for something this minor, so the person in charge of Kanjou business within Inazuma City came instead.
There was no elaborate ceremony prepared. Ei simply taught Nolan the etiquette for receiving honors in Inazuma, and after confirming he had learned it, the Shogun summoned him into Tenshukaku.
When Nolan appeared, Kamisato Ayaka—attending in place of her brother—could not hide the faint joy in her eyes. She had been busy lately and had not seen the "Adventurer Gentleman" for quite some time.
Kujou Sara's expression didn't reveal much, but her affection for Nolan was at level seven as well—she liked him, and naturally, she too was happy to see him again.
As for the Kanjou representative, Nolan did not know him. He was a man, so it hardly mattered what his favorability was.
Once Nolan entered, the Shogun did not waste words. She delivered the reward exactly as previously discussed:
"Considering your role in helping stabilize Inazuma, bringing new development to the nation, advancing its technological growth, and contributing greatly to its prosperity—I now grant you Inazuma's highest personal honor: 'Deputy to the Raiden Shogun.'"

Ayaka, Kujou Sara, and the other representatives all stood and applauded, offering their congratulations.
And perhaps because the title had immediately taken effect, two more prompts appeared:

The honor-granting process was not yet finished. Following the etiquette Ei had taught him, Nolan said a few words of thanks and formally accepted the title.
Though "Deputy to the Raiden Shogun" sounded grand—suggesting an authority second only to the Shogun herself—in truth, it was similar to "Honorary Knight": an honorary distinction, though not without some real influence.
His suggestions, as long as they weren't excessive, would now be seriously considered by both the Shogunate and the Tri-Commission.
Why not grant him a legally empowered official position instead?
Mainly because Nolan had no time to manage government affairs.
After all—building affection with girls took time, training took time, and grinding Adventure EXP took time. His energy needed to be focused on what truly mattered.
Besides, Nolan was not an Inazuman.
Even though Ei was the supreme authority of the entire nation, suddenly introducing a non-Inazuman as someone second only to the Shogun would inevitably cause friction with both the Commission leaders and the common people.
Nolan did not wish to disrupt Inazuma's well-functioning structure. That would help no one.
Thus, there was no need to push things further.
After the title was granted, the process was complete.
As procedure required, Nolan exited Tenshukaku first, marking the formal conclusion of the ceremony. Quite simple, really.
Only then did he have time to inspect the title's details:

And the additional affection bonus applied to girls as well—hence Ayaka and Sara's significant increase.
A normal affection gain had exceeded six hundred… clearly the title's influence.
For non-Inazuman girls, affection gains should remain in the usual five-hundred-point range, since the title wouldn't apply.
Nolan centered his mind. Looking at the practically inexhaustible Spirituality stored in his Spiritual Core, he immediately consumed double the amount to reroll for restrictions-removal traits.
After two rerolls that removed things like energy restrictions and speed restrictions—neither of which applied to this title—he finally obtained:
"Removes Regional Limitation."
Which meant:
The affection-boosting effect of Deputy to the Raiden Shogun would no longer be limited to Inazuma.
The boosts to sword-learning speed and damage output would also apply outside of Inazuma.
This massively increased the title's value.
The sword-learning boost was secondary. What mattered most was—
It made it even easier for Nolan to attract girls and increase their affection.
