Yiyi's heart trembled as she slowly lifted her head, her vision blurred by tears, looking at the face of the person in front of her. Too many tears obscured her sight, and she couldn't see his expression or know what emotions he was feeling as he gazed at her.
For a moment, she truly wanted to throw herself into his embrace and cry her heart out while he held her, speaking softly to comfort her. Maybe, just maybe, she had not yet found the only reason to stay in this world.

She wiped away the tears, a strange smile appearing at the corners of her mouth as she lazily glanced at him with a sideways look.
