"Came with a letter drenched in a weird woody scent too," Lee Tang said as he signaled a warrior to hand over the bouquet to their alpha for inspection.
It was a harmless gesture, but the warriors knew it was the protocol to make sure Jiminie was protected. The warrior had to touch the bouquet first to make sure there was poison in it and that it would not harm the alpha.
"Here, alpha," the warrior said, and everyone instinctively breathed out a sigh of relief. At least it wasn't dangerous, right?
