Chapter 3 The Battle of Naruto and Cirno
Naruto began dodging the attacks of Cirno as he was blasting out attacks too, as Naruto released light beams and balls of power, with varying colors.
As all of the colors of the Rainbow was used in Naruto's attacks, but Naruto then decided to shout out his attack. "SOLAR FLARE!" which blinding Cirno for a bit.
Naruto then retreated a bit and decided to rest a bit and think up a plan to defeat Cirno, as he knew the Girl could create Ice and use it as weapons and projectiles.
And he also knows that she was pretty strong and was a match for him in terms of strength and power, he knew that he wasn't ready yet for combat but he would try his best to win this fight.
For he wanted to show his Bachan how much he had grown under her Aswell wanting to know the limits of his power, as he was waiting for this kind of battle to challenge himself.
While also measuring his power at the same time, after Naruto had gotten time to rest and think of a plan he had decided to act on it.
Back with Cirno had gained her sight back, though she was pissed seeing the Naruto had temporarily blinded her and it hurt like son of bitch.
And was wanting some payback as she said. "When I get my Hands on that BAKA! I will make him pay dearly." she said with Determination to make him pay for what he had done to her.
Then Naruto appeared having a Tri pronged kunai on his hands, as he threw it at Cirno but she easily dodged, but she didn't know that was what Naruto had wanted.
He soon teleported to Kunai behind her and shot a blast of light at the back of Cirno, injuring her a bit though she countered by shooting back with her Ice shards.
Which also hit Naruto though it wasn't that large of an Injure, as Naruto and Cirno grinned at each other as the battle was getting more exciting.
As then Cirno then said to him. "Let me Introduce myself, I'm Cirno Lucky 9 and the strongest of the Strongest! And I'm here to defeat you in battle to prove to all of Gensokyo that I Cirno had beaten the new Strongest person around!" she said as she sends another wave of Icicles at Naruto.
In which Naruto easily dodged in midair with his Six wings as he sends out a barrage of Light spears and a storm of light blast and beams.
Cirno then countered too with a storm of Ice to counter the light attacks that Naruto was dishing out, as their battle was epic, for Naruto teleported around the Area.
As Cirno tried to catch him, while Naruto was disappearing at the speed of light.
Making him Impossible to catch as his base speed was at the speed of light, and to add on top of it he had created a technique or Seal but it was just in its early design, and it was his first time using it.
Which needed a bit more ironing out, but it was mostly successful in a fight and travel as he could disappear in a moment's notice.
Naruto then appeared right Infront of Cirno in a blink of an and hit a strong punch on her face, while following up with a kick and he followed with some Light blast to Cirno's face.
As some hit Cirno but some she had dodged at pin point blank range, not to be un done by Naruto she also released a flurry of Ice shards and Icicles and Ice beams towards Naruto.
Which Naruto used his light attacks to block or destroyed but some did hit, but only non-vital parts of his body though he was Injured badly and so was Cirno.
The both of them were on the sky staring at each other, as their breaths were ragged and fast though the expression on their face's didn't show it, for it was pure and utter Joy and the spirit of battle and facing a worthy warrior in the battlefield.
Then Naruto spoke as he said to Cirno. "Let's finish our great battle with a Bang! Shall we!" Naruto said as he clasped his hands together and outwards while charging up his final attack.
For Naruto was waiting to use a new energy he had discovered and he had decided this new energy Ki an energy much stronger then light and could erase anything in its way.
As Naruto had discovered when he was stuck and trapped in the Dimension by his Bachan, and had trained and studied day and night to learn everything from this new energy, that was mostly reliant on his Spirit and body.
For he was developing another technique though he wouldn't use it in this situation or else he wanted to beaten to a bloody pulp by his Bachan and mother.
Naruto's techniques and attacks were all prototypes and wouldn't be ready for battle, lest he wanted to kill himself with his own attack, he needed to train with his abilities too.
While for Cirno she had decided to go all out as she had an attack on her mind, and would be the one she knows that would win her the match in her favor.
For Cirno's attack was now ready as she shouted. "Great Ice Age!" as Beams of Ice and Icicle and shards of Ice, and other Ice weapons were thrown at Naruto Aswell Waves of Avalanche's and Glaciers too.
This attack was a last resort for Cirno as this attack would use up all of her energy, and she would need to wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes to use it again, though a lot less weak than the first.
As the Attack was heading towards Naruto, for stood their proudly as he grinned knowing he had this battle in the bag in the beginning, for Naruto then decided to Unleashed his attack as he shouted back at Cirno. "FINAL FLASH!"Naruto roared to the Heaven's.
His Attack had shaken the very foundation of Gensokyo and the outside world by its sheer power alone, the attack soon hit Cirno as she used some of her Ice to protect herself.
For she couldn't dodged the attack in time as it headed towards her with lighting speed and a power that could destroy a planet.
But afterwards Naruto soon powered down as his Wings went away, as he had used up all of his energy and Ki on that attack, and was on the edge of passing out.
Though he stood up to search for his opponent and heal her, as he soon found her half of her was charred as the other half was fine due to the Ice shield she had formed.
Naruto then soon went up to her and went on to heal her, as the burn's and injures she had sustained went away, for Naruto had learned some healing techniques as he was training.
It was his first time as he was only reading, knowing he had healed her Naruto then decided to heal himself up too and catch some food for them to eat.
Back With Yukari.
"Yukari-Sama I sense that Naruto-Sama has won his battle and had heal his opponent." Ran said to her master while drinking some Sake at the hot springs.
Yukari then took another shot as she was already drunk though a bit sober. "Just as I expected from him; he is a one in a million-prodigy and it really shows how much he has grown on his own, though I must start his training with haste as time could easily pass by!" she said as she drank another shot.
While Ran had really bonded with Naruto the time, she had shared was precious, she could now see why her master would decide to make Naruto the heir and Inheritor of the Gap in Gensokyo Aswell the power of borders.
The future was bright for Naruto and his raise in power, though what Yukari didn't want Naruto to know a tragedy was coming and it wouldn't from his family, but instead from his soon to be friend along with the mother of his friend that has a shrine.
But she decided to put it aside and celebrate the victory of her Godson, and soon to be training he will be enduring under her.
Cirno soon woke up to the smell of cooked fish, as she also heard someone talking to her. "it's been an hour since our fight, here have some food to get back some of your strength." Naruto said with a smile at Cirno.
As Cirno took the stick of fish and ate it, while saying to Naruto. "Why did you heal me up, as a fairy I would respawn even if I die, I would just come back." she said to him.
But Naruto the looked seriously at her and spoke. "Even so, I would never let anyone waste their life on a fight, for a life is precious and must be protected even if it's a fleeting for a mortal or like others like you." he said to Cirno.
Which made Cirno appreciate her rival, as she decided to proclaim to the Heaven's a promise for all of eternity. "I Lucky 9 Cirno will be your eternal Rival, and our rivalry will never end until one of us been defeated, I promise you that somebody I will beat you Naruto Namikaze!" Cirno said as she stood up while pointing at Naruto.
While Naruto then grinned and said back to Cirno. "Bring it on! I can't wait until you grow strong enough to fight me and claim your title as strongest from me, Naruto Namikaze!" he said.
As this was the start of a friendship/rivalry between a fairy and Angel which would last for all of eternity, for neither side would lose to each other.
The Strongest of the Strongest! Lucky 9.
A Week later.
Naruto and Cirno would always train and fight each other in the Gap of Yukari under the supervision of her while Ran would bring her master's sake to drink.
As they watch Naruto and Cirno go at it until they tire themselves out, and that is when Cirno would leave and go to do her own training while Naruto would also continue his own training that was being handled by Yukari.
That was the present for Naruto was staring at his Bachan while Yukari stand Infront of Naruto, silence as ever while under the eyes of the Gap and the border between Gensokyo and the real world, which Yukari controls.
But then Yukari said. "We are here today between the edge of Death and life, were everything that doesn't make sense, make sense a world of borders and it is inside of these borders that we find power hidden to us all, but it will all come to light in this training we will be doing." Yukari said in a serious tone while looking at Naruto.
As Naruto then looked back with equal seriousness at the situation, as he knew one mistake could spell disaster for them all, if they had messed up the borders the whole fabric of reality would be destroyed leaving only the gray.
Naruto was studying the power of the borders along with Yukari as what was written down by her, though it was only the theory it was time to do it in action.
For Yukari had decided to lead Naruto into the Gap to fully experience what it's like to have full control of this power, that separate everything from any other thing.
Yukari then began showing off her mastery of the concept of borders as she decided to make a sphere of light in her hand, nothing special.
But then she created another sphere made out of Darkness, as she slowly pushed the two Orb's into one another for the objects were repelling each other, then Yukari then destroyed the borders that allow for two orbs to even exist as separate objects and concepts within the real world.
And in the metaphysical Aswell, for the two orbs began to mix and Intertwin with each other and create something in between the light and darkness, she then spoke to answer Naruto's burning question. "This is a gray orb an Object and concept's whom I had bend it's border to my will."
Though Naruto was a bit confused at what Yukari said, which made Yukari sigh knowing that even if Naruto is a prodigy and was smart, he was still a child, so she had decided to simplified it a bit.
She then said to him. "Imagine this you are writing a paragraph inside a book or paper; you decide to make spaces between each paragraph so that they can easily be read Individually, now Imagine this the Paragraphs are forces and Objects of the world, and the space between them the concept of borders."
Which Naruto understood as he gave his Bachan a question. "What is the difference of the Youkai of Gensokyo and the outside world, Bachan?" he said with a curious look on his face.
As this made Yukari smirk, for she wanted to tell him this, for she wanted him to know the power.
That the Youkais of Gensokyo were stronger and more deadly than those weak Youkai on the mainland of Japan.
She then finally spoke to Naruto. "Well, you see Naruto what makes the difference between the Youkai of Gensokyo and that of the outside world, is the powers that the Youkai gain after they had died from a brutal death or was born being a Youkai, as they control their own kind of power like me, I'm the Youkai of the Gap and borders, while some Youkai control other forces of Nature and some have something more primal or dark within them." she said to Naruto.
But Naruto then said again. "So that what makes the Youkai over here in Gensokyo and also that they eat Humans, but what about the Youkai of the outside world?" he asked Yukari another question.
Which made Yukari hummed a bit thinking about his words as she finally spoke again. "From what I had learned and seen and also mine experience being one with them, back in my time the Youkai in Kyoto is all base from animals from Japanese Mythology, the strongest are the Kitsunes and Nekomata along with Tengu who guard the boundary of Kyoto, and their leader is a family of nine tailed fox who rule over the Youkai and has been given Divine protection by the Shinto gods."
But Naruto then asked another question as he spoke. "Why did you get kicked out of Kyoto? Bachan." which made Yukari smile went away as turned to a somber and bitter smile on her face.
As she then replied to her Naruto-Kun. "I was kicked out due to the Shinto Gods and the other Youkais along with the army of followers and Youkai, which I tried to stage a rebellion against them wanting the power of Kyoto for mine, and fearing my raising power due to my use of borders threating the balance of power, so I had decided to take Gensokyo away from the mainland into my own domain where the Shinto Gods and Youkai would never find me." She said to Naruto.
Naruto then nodded as Yukari decided to get back on track with their training, as then said to Naruto. "Well, that is enough talking it's time to train and make you strong."
Yukari then began manipulating the border of the Gap as a portal was opened, which Naruto peaked into as he saw a world filled with blood as it was surrounded by orange liquid, while seeing Humanoid figures as they were crucified while he saw two teenagers one with red hair and one with brown hair, as their backs were Infront of him.
Naruto also saw large face of a woman with Blood red eyes and her body was all white, as her face was falling apart, Naruto also felt a heavy and Intense emotion of Agony and suffering Aswell the souls of the Humans being in a liquid.
For he also felt a strong border within the two as Naruto saw that his was world was broken and dead, while also feeling the presence of other Angels but it was all muffled by constant agony of the Humans in the orange liquid or Fanta.
As Naruto continued looking into this world something in his eyes were happening, for his eyes began glow brightly which hurt Naruto's mind with all the Information that he was getting, was staggering for he felt every fiber of his mind sucking up all the Info with eyes.
While he started to violently shake and convulsed which signaled to Yukari to pull Naruto Inside as she looked wide eye at Naruto, who continued to convulsed and shake while Yukari closed the portal and pull him in.
Yukari then felt an Immense power coming from the eyes of Naruto as the shaking convulsing of his body was slowly going away, and was replaced with calmness.
Yukari felt worried and nervous about Naruto as she felt something change deep within him and his eyes, she had decided to take him home so that Ran could check up on him.
After carrying Naruto back, she ordered Ran to take of Naruto, while she tries to understand what happened to him while he was peeking into that world.
For she was in her room reading up on scrolls and books that he had collected over the years that she had lived, while drinking some Sake into the night.
Back With Naruto.
Naruto was now inside of his mind whom was pure white, but then a being looking similar to him without any feature only a mouth and two ears, as its mouth was put into an eternal smirk.
While exuding an Aura of danger and eldritch horror within the mind of Naruto, as the being said to him. "It's Nice to meet my beautiful creation, as you have been coming well and see you have unlocked the gift I have given you my child, but if you want to know my Name you must explore the world and find Ancient ruins to find my name, only then we can truly meet again." The Being said to Naruto.
Before Naruto could even say something to the being he woke up, in a cold sweat while breathing rapidly which he soon saw Ran attending to him and saying to him. "Are you Okay, Naruto-Sama?" she said in a worried and companionate tone.
"Yes, I'm okay Ran and please tell Bachan that I'm awake, as I feel more powerful." Naruto said in a cheerful tone.
As Ran nodded and went to Inform Yukari that he has awaken, while Ran was away Naruto thought. 'Who was he and why was in my mind, along with why did he say that he had created me as I had been told that I was created by Uncle Michael in Heaven and Mom gave birth to me, and what gift did he give me?" as Naruto thought about his gift.
He then noticed his eyes glowing with power while sparkling with Golden radiance, as pure Information and true understanding of the world was beginning fed into his eyes, while he felt no strain as he could feel that he could easily learn anything with these eyes.
But there was also something even more to his new eyes that were glowing like the sun in brightness and power, as Ran had come back with Yukari.
Yukari then rushed at Naruto and asked him question. "Are you okay, Naruto are you fine is anything alright." Yukari said in rapid succession as she hugged Naruto deeply, while Ran watch the scene unfold.
While for Naruto hugged his Bachan back while having a serene smile on his face, as Yukari said in a sad and sorrowful tone. "I won't let you ever be hurt my Naruto-Kun, I promise you." she said with a single tear coming for her eye.
"I know you will, Bachan and I will grow stronger to not act like that and worry you that much." Naruto said as he promised to his Bachan.
After a while like that Yukari had decided to make a special dinner for Naruto and for the all of them, as the three of them ate Dinner and partied through the night, and there Naruto had drunk his first Sake and instantly hooked.
Becoming a Drunkard like his Bachan, as the three of them decided to keep it a secret from Gabriel, for Yukari would continue Naruto's training tomorrow.
The Next Day.
Naruto and Yukari were on the training ground as Yukari then spoke. "Well, it's time to see what your eyes can do, Naruto."
"I'm really excited to use my eyes!" Naruto said as he was jumping with excitement as Naruto then shouted out. "Lucky 9 Golden Eye!" Naruto's eyes then shone brightly as the Sun and with same intensity.
While the color was the mix of Gold and the fiery orange and red of the Sun, as Naruto then felt his connection of the Sun being absolute and his control of Light being almost second hand, while the borders which Bachan was trying to teach him, was within his grasp and he could control with his eyes of the Lucky 9 Golden eye.
When Yukari saw the sight of Naruto it was like she was staring the personification of the Sun itself, while at the same time not, for she was staring at the embodiment of light itself!
Yukari then analyzed Naruto more thoroughly as she Naruto's hair being a mix of Gold and orange, though she could also sense that Naruto's eyes were processing pure data of the world, which he could learn anything she throws at Naruto.
Which made her job a lot easier though Naruto's will be a lot harder, due to this discovery she then said to Naruto. "Well, Naruto it's time to see how you fair against me." Yukari as she rushed at Naruto.
Naruto then grinned wanting to fight his Bachan ever since he got his powers, for their battle/ training began!
An Hour later.
Naruto was laying on the floor all beaten up and a bit bloodied, as for Yukari she didn't even drop a sweat, Yukari then spoke. "It's time to begin your real training as I had fought so easily that it wasn't even funny, show's how much you need to learn Naruto, and that is why we will be training day and night until you drop, you got that." Yukari said as she pointed her fan at Naruto.
He stood up with a flame of determination as she looked at Yukari and replied to his Bachan. "I got your word, Bachan and I will always try to improve my combat you have truly gave me a goal to reach, I promise to beat you Bachan and take your title as the Border Youkai to the Border Angel! Believe it!" Naruto said with conviction in his voice while steeling his mind and body.
Yukari then grinned as she spoke. "I'm sure you will my Naruto-Kun, let us continue our training!" she said while preparing another round of training against Naruto.
Naruto stood proud against the training, grinning along the way as he rushed at his Bachan starting their training!
A Week later.
Yukari decided to take Naruto on a trip around Gensokyo so that he could, get sense of the Youkai and people of Gensokyo and its deep-rooted Nature and forest that contain mysteries.
Waiting to be explored, but now Naruto and Yukari were visiting a home of a certain duo of a Toad and a frog.
Naruto has mostly mastered the concept of the border and could use the Gap to his will the basic you will, while Yukari was still teaching him the advance concept of the border along on how to use the Gap like it was just second Nature to him.
Yukari and Naruto soon got to their location and soon heard a loud. "BONK!" from a humble home near a pond with a lot of frogs and toads, as shouting could be heard. "COME BACK HERE JIRAIYA! AND FACE YOUR PUNISHMENT, PEAKING ON ME WHILE I WAS IN THE HOT BATHS YOUR SUCH A PERVERT UNCLE!" said one blonde girl with green eyes, while on her head was a hat with two eyes.
While Jiraiya the Toad Youkai shouted back to his Niece. "IT WAS REASEARCH AND IT WAS ALL PART OF MY GREAT BOOK ICHA, ICHA PARADISE ITS REALLY A BEST SELLER IN THE HUMAN VILLAGE ALONG WITH MY OTHER BOO-" as another "BONK!" could be heard.
"DAMN YOU OLD MAN, AND STAY DOWN!" she said a bit furious not noticing Naruto and Yukari was at the front door and a knocking could be heard as she went to answer it.
And low and behold it was Yukari smiling at Suwako, who went wide eye and close the door and opened it and shouted to her uncle. "Hey Uncle Jiraiya! The Famous Hag is here!" she said to Jiraiya.
Which completely did a one eighty and rushed to Yukari and started kissing her wrist as he spoke to her. "Well, I didn't expect such a beautiful lady like you would come, my dear Yukari-Chan!" Jiraiya said with hearts on his eyes.
While Suwako couldn't believe her uncle and decided to meet and greet Naruto, as she went to say hi as Naruto said hi back as he asked her to play with him, which she agreed and went to the backyard to play.
Yukari then said to Jiraiya. "Long time no see, Jiraiya I honestly can say I how much I missed your perverted ass." she said sarcastically at Jiraiya.
While Jiraiya then replied to Yukari. "I can also say the same, come in I will prepare some Tea for us and I easily tell you are drunk by looking at your face." as the both of them laughed as they went inside of the home of Jiraiya and Suwako.
An Hour later.
Yukari and Naruto were saying goodbye to Suwako and Jiraiya, as Yukari went there to catch up with Jiraiya who was her right-hand man during the rebellion against Kyoto and seeing him now, was her reconnecting with her past.
Along with Naruto meeting the niece of Jiraiya as Naruto and Suwako got along as they shared each other's idea of Gadgets and other things they could build.
After catching up with her friend and right-hand man, and was going to another location as they used the Gap to get there.
Yukari then opened her portal as Naruto stepped out and following suit was Yukari, as Naruto then saw two children the same age of him one was wearing a Red Shrine outfit and one was wearing a black and white witch outfit.
The one with the shrine outfit had brown hair and the other girl had blonde hair just like him.
As Miko along with Rumia and Rinnosuke felt the presence of Yukari along with a child though it was pure as light and that shone brightly.
Naruto then decided to Introduce himself to the two girls and maybe make them his friends, while Yukari watched Naruto approached the two with a smile.
As she soon heard footsteps from three people and one to talk to her was none other than Miko Hakurei as she said to her. "Can I ask why the Gap Youkai Yukari Yakumo, has visited the shrine if you are here then beat it if you give a donation I might reconsider." Miko said to Yukari.
"Can't an old lady have some peaceful time in a shrine and also, I wanted to Introduce my Godson to your Children and I might say, he is doing a quite a good job." Yukari said as she turned her back at Miko to stare at the children.
Back With Naruto.
Naruto approached the two as he said to the two of them. "Hello there, my name is Naruto Namikaze what is yours?" Naruto said with the utmost kindness and cheer.
"My Name is Reimu Hakurei!" said little Reimu at Naruto with the same attitude of Naruto, which Naruto then liked.
As Reimu then nudged his friend and placed her right Infront of Naruto and spoke. "And this is my friend Marisa, say hello to our new friend Marisa!" Reimu said with a cheery tone.
While Marisa still shy and timid and a bit scared of Naruto, but had decided to Introduce herself. "H-hi my name is Marisa Kirisame." she said to Naruto.
Naruto's eyes went to an eye smile while showing off his toothy smile as he said to the both of them. "It's nice to meet you Reimu-Chan and Marisa-Chan, let's be friends and play together!" Naruto said innocently at the both of them.
Which Reimu agreed too as Marisa did too, while they played with a cardboard and having the time of their lives as children, as Naruto, Marisa and Reimu laughed together.
As the four adults watched this a small smile on their faces, watching the youth brought a large sense of hope to them all.
Yukari then said to the three other Adults. "The Children are playing maybe we can talk inside with a bit of Sake and don't worry Miko I will donate at least 1000 Yen."
Which Miko's eyes had sign of Yens on her eyes as she said to Yukari. "Why didn't tell me that you were going to donate I could have given at least something to eat!" Miko said to Yukari.
Rumia could sighed at the action of her best friend while Rinnosuke laughed awkwardly as he would be drinking with Yukari-Sama.
The four adults soon went inside to let the children to play, as they relax and talk to each other while drinking some Sake!
The Day is young let us celebrate it, for that was the words of Yukari as it the happiest day on that Shrine, but it wouldn't soon enough.
Chapter 4: Goodbye Gensokyo!
After Naruto had met Reimu and Marisa, Naruto and Yukari went back to their mansion as Naruto had a lot of fun with his friend, and now he was thinking about it when was the last time he had spent some time with his first best friend Koishi.
But Naruto also knows that he will have to fight his rival again, but he can manage as there is some time left before he has to leave with his mother Gabriel to Heaven.
As Naruto and Yukari got to the Dimensional Mansion, they were soon greeted by Ran as she welcomed them in, as she prepared hot baths for the two of them but Yukari decided to let Naruto bathe with her, in her own hot bath.
Which made Naruto agreed as he would bathe with his mother time to time, but the only difference here was it was his Bachan he will be bathing with, so he didn't mind while Ran didn't also mind.
For she and her master would also bath together all the time, Ran then said to them. "I'm afraid that the water would get cold, if you two wait too long." Ran informed them.
"Thank you for reminding us, let us take our leave then Naruto-Kun." Yukari said to Naruto, as Naruto nodded as the two of them went to the bath house of the mansion.
Both Naruto and Yukari have towels covering their private parts, but Yukari's chest was a lot larger when it wasn't covered by her clothes, Naruto didn't bat an eye as the bust size of his Bachan and mother was similar.
And also, he wasn't a pervert and respected the privacy of women and girls alike, but then Naruto was suddenly pulled in by his Bachan, into her chest while they were in the Hot bath.
For Yukari then said. "What a nice time to take a hot bath after such an eventful day, Am I right Naruto." she said to Naruto, only to see failing his hands in the air trying to get some air.
As he was stuck between the big mounds of Yukari, while trying to avoid being drowned in the boiling hot water, Yukari blushed a bit that his Naruto-Kun was about to be killed.
After Naruto got out from the mounds as he thought that he would die such an embarrassing death, imagine on his grave death by Breast he would be bloody laughing stock.
But thankful fate was merciful on him as he takes deep breaths, while Yukari could laugh at her Naruto-Kun as Naruto ranted at his Bachan for trying to kill him.
While having a blush on his face that he could easily be stuck by some breast, while Yukari just teased him throughout their time in the Hot bath.
Though both of them laughed in the experience as Naruto chased down Yukari around the bath.
Yukari just teleported around through her portals, as she teased him even more for Yukari the Gap youkai acting like a child Infront of Naruto.
As it was first time Yukari had acted this way before, not even Infront of Ran or her old friends in Kyoto and it was only Infront of Naruto that her Inner child has been reawaked, for Yukari she knew that these moments are the most precious things in the world and she will cherish for the rest of her life.
After they had finished chasing each other down, they decide to relax in the hot baths for a while as Yukari drank some Sake in the hot bath a red blush appearing on her face due to the booze, as she gave some to Naruto, which he accepted and drank it in one shot.
The both of them laughed and cheered like drunks on a hot day; while singing songs as Naruto would soon realize he would develop an alcohol addiction due to his Bachan Introducing him to drinking.
But it would be his future self that would handle that problem, as he was living the time of his life along with his Bachan as life couldn't be even better.
The Next Week.
Naruto was training in the Garden of Suwako as he was let by his Bachan to train where ever he wants, as he decided it would be here.
Along with that as Jiraiya would be training on how to use Senjutsu was a bonus too, as he was there meditating but then he sensed a familiar rival coming towards him.
As it was heading towards him at lighting speed, for it was about to hit him but he managed to block it created a brutal shockwave inside of the Garden destroying the plants, as Suwako and Jiraiya went out to see the commotion.
Only to see Naruto grinning along with Cirno, as they started a round two of their battle Jiraiya and Suwako could only shake their heads that the battles those have had, as it would always end in Naruto winning.
But every time Naruto would beat her, Jiraiya and Suwako as they would always predict her loss while Naruto wasn't even winded when facing the Ice fairy, though he tries his best to focus in every battle.
For this time, it was another win as Jiraiya and Suwako would always gamble on Naruto as they would always get their money back, from the other Youkai who bet on Cirno as they lose their money.
After Naruto had won, he went to Cirno to heal her injury, as Cirno said to him. "I'm letting you heal me, you Baka! Because you won our match and I can't heal myself." she said to Naruto while facing away from him.
Naruto just laughed at the actions of Cirno, as he knew that she would never give up her pride and honor to say thank you to him, but he doesn't mind as it was what friends do.
After healing Cirno up she bid him farewell and to see her next time in their battle showing more fire in her eyes, as she would train even harder to surpass Naruto and become once more the strongest of the strong!
The Next Day.
Naruto was still with Jiraiya learning the ways of Senjutsu with him, while also talking with his friend Suwako, but then he saw a green haired girl and he instantly knew who it was.
"Hey there, Koishi come out it's been such a long time since we played, and I would like you to meet my friend Suwako!" Naruto called to her, as she appears Infront of Naruto.
And hugs him out of nowhere, which confused Naruto as he said to her. "What is this all about, Koishi-Chan?" Naruto said in a bit of wonderment.
"I want to say, is to thank you for all the wonderful memories that we have created and I want you to promise me, that we will meet again or you will remember me when you grow up." Koishi said in a somber and quiet tone of Voice.
Naruto hugged back and said to her. "I promise Koishi-Chan, our friendship will last for years and I will still remember you till I grow up; I will return to you and play once the games we have today." he said to Koishi, while having a sweet moment with her.
As she shed a single tear while whispering to herself. "I finally found a friend, that would remember." for they a share moment with each other, as Naruto knew there was a curse around Koishi and he would someday find a cure, for his best friend.
And he swore to himself that he would be strong for all of them and he would be damned, if he let them die for him as what had happened to his mother.
The Next Week.
Naruto soon was in the Hakurei Shrine along with his friends Reimu and Marisa, as they played game together while he showed off some of his tricks that he had created.
While a friend of Reimu's mom was watching them, as Naruto show them tricks and giving them a good laugh with his jokes, he really was a shining beacon of light.
"Hey Reimu want to play a game of tag?" Naruto asked his friend Reimu, as Reimu thought about it and replied to him. "Ya, I was starting to get bore on the game we were playing." she said to him.
Marisa just nodded, as Naruto then spoke again. "Then it's settled we will be playing tag!" as Naruto then instantly tagged Marisa and said to her. "Tag your it!" Naruto said in a playful tone as he ran away quickly as possible.
Reimu ran away from Marisa, as Marisa expression became devious, for she was now the catcher and she will have her revenge on Naruto on their last games, it was her time to shine.
Marisa then quickly went to work to try and catch her two friends, as Naruto was in the trees giggling to himself as he thought to himself. 'That was such a smart move on my part, as I know that Marisa may be the second smartest person in our group, but I'm much smarter!'
While Reimu was hiding behind a tree far a bit from Naruto, as Marisa then bust out an Object shape like an Octagon as she cast her spell card. "Love colored-Master Spark!"for a massive beam blast through the nearby forest that was half as large as Naruto's final flash.
As when Naruto saw this, he thought to himself. 'What is Marisa thinking is she trying to kill us!' Naruto thought as sweat drop down on his forehead.
The same thing was with Reimu, as she never knew her best friend would do that kind of thing, for Rumia looked wide eye by the destruction caused by a four-year-old.
But what shocked the three of them excluding Marisa, was Marisa continued to fire blast after blast until the surrounding forest of the Shrine was all gone, as the only one standing on the ashes of the forest was Naruto Reimu who was burnt to a crisp but still alive.
All the while Marisa laughs like a kid that had finally won the game, as she has a triumphant smile on her face, while she was jumping up and down with joy.
While Rumia then rushed at Marisa and scolded and bonk her in the head, but Marisa just tongued Rumia as she clearly didn't feel bad on what happened to Naruto and Reimu.
As Naruto just healed himself and Reimu and was clearly pouting likewise with Reimu, Naruto then approached Marisa and said to her. "You were cheating, Marisa you used a spell card and that was against the rules!" he said to her.
While Marisa retorted back. "Well, Ya you weren't happy that I was cheating I saw you cheat when we were playing your made-up card game of Uno, and you mostly won all the games!" Marisa said with a victorious smile on her face.
Feeling the she won the argument against her best friend, as Naruto gathered up some courage and replied back to her. "N-No I wasn't that was all part of the game I swear, and you're just making that all up, so you can justify cheating our game of tag." Naruto grinned as he saw the angry face that Marisa was making.
But Marisa was about to say something to Naruto they both got a slap on the back of their heads, as they looked up to see a furious Rumia as she spoke to all three of them. "What were you thinking Marisa, you could have killed your friends and you Naruto you should be more responsible for your actions, as Marisa thought using more extreme tactics was right so you are also in the wrong, while you Reimu you should have stopped your friends from arguing." Rumia lectured them all.
Naruto could only look at her with a bit of shame and guilt same with Marisa, along with Reimu as Rumia sighed and spoke again as she said to the trio of children. "Promise that you won't do anything reckless again." Rumia said to the three of them while placing her two hands on Naruto and Marisa.
As all three of them said at the same time. "We will." Rumia the hugged them as she come something to lighten up their moods as she said to them. "How about I make us some Ramen, but first you three go clean up as I will be making my special Ramen today!"
Naruto, Marisa, Reimu cheered as they were going to have a good meal today as they go back inside of the Shrine to clean up and change, as Rumia cooked up her special Ramen.
After cleaning up the three of them sat at the table waiting for the Ramen, as the Ramen soon came in hot as Rumia gave the three their bowls, as all four of them said "Thanks for the food!"
They dug into the food as Naruto slurped up the noodles while eating up the pork cutlet, as he mixed the egg into the soup which adds more flavor to the food.
After eating the bowl dry Naruto soon asked another, as Rumia gave it and soon enough he finished it and this when on for a while.
As their meal came to a close as Naruto was full Aswell as Marisa and Reimu, for the three children then fell asleep on the table due to how much they ate.
Rumia could only shake her head at what they did, as she carried the three of them to their bedrooms Aswell as wiping out the remaining food out of their mouths.
While tucking them to sleep as she walked out of their rooms, as she said to the three of them. "Good night, Naruto, Marisa and Reimu may you have sweet dreams." as she closes the door and relax in the living room.
While enjoying some Sake, in her free time as then Miko returned from her mission in killing wild Youkai that were attacking and killing Humans.
As Miko greeted her friend while still wearing a mask, as she said. "So, how was your time with kids?" she asked while drinking a shot of Sake.
"Well, it was great besides the nearby woods of the Shrine being cut down by Marisa's outburst, I would say it was great, but can I ask why is Yukari's apprentice here too?" Rumia asked Miko
Miko thought about it as she replied to her friend. "I guess Yukari finally knows how it feels to have a child or a little kid by her side, and also another friend for Reimu." Miko said to her friend
Rumia couldn't believe her friend but if it keeps Reimu behave and company, I guess it wouldn't hurt but she could feel that there was different about Naruto, eh no shit she knew from what limited Info that she has.
That Naruto was the son of a women called Gabriel but she doesn't know what beings they are, as she could sense they weren't humas or Youkai, and the only thing she could sense from Naruto was a being and Aura of pure light.
She would have to research about that at a later moment, but for now Naruto was a friend and she wouldn't mind if he stayed for a bit, as she was starting to like him.
A Month later.
Naruto was alternating in staying with his Bachan and living with Jiraiya-Sensei and the Hakurei Shrine, as Miko and Jiraiya taught him a lot of new things in order to become stronger.
As for Naruto he mostly spends his time playing with Reimu as Marisa went home with her big brother, while Naruto and Reimu was there to spend time together and bond with each other.
Along with Rumia who has made a strong bond with Naruto and was happy that there was another person in the shrine to keep her company, along with Reimu life was peaceful.
But then it was the festival in the Human village, as Reimu wanted to go there for Rumia and Miko agreed while inviting Naruto along.
Naruto too was excited to see fireworks, as Rumia was holding the hand of Naruto while Miko it was Reimu. As Rumia had long blonde hair Aswell a Red bow on her hair while having a white and black dress.
As for Reimu and Miko it was red and white Hakurei Shrine outfit, while for Naruto he was wearing a white suit with a Golden neck tie in the middle, along with white pants.
For he was forced to wear this by his Bachan and Mother, and it was their only condition for him to attend the festival, and when he worn it his mother and Bachan gushed over him.
The two of them looked at him with stars in their eyes as he was so cute to them, as he felt embarrass and shy in the little suit he worn, but decided to worn it anyway.
While for Rumia and Miko when they saw him, they all said to Naruto. "You look quite Handsome in that cute suit of yours, Naruto." Rumia and Miko said at the same time, while petting Naruto on the head.
Which made Naruto blush as he complemented by his other Bachan which he called the other older women, and whom have earned his respect and admiration.
As when they arrived, he could see the stares they pointed Miko which were mostly of distrust and fear in their eyes mostly pointed at Miko, for Naruto didn't know why.
Naruto and also Rumia noticed this too, while Miko was getting jittery and feeling anxious of all the stares directed at her, but was soon comforted by Reimu.
Miko felt a bit more relaxed in presence of her own daughter, but as they continue to be stared at which was too much for Miko to handle as she said to the others. "Sorry, Rumia, Naruto, Reimu I guess we will have to watch the fireworks at the Shrine."
Which made Reimu feel disappointed but Naruto and Rumia, knew it was for different reasons as they didn't want to speak it out loud, lest for Reimu to know Aswell the wrath of Miko on them.
For they soon returned back to Hakurei Shrine, as they watched the fireworks as both Naruto and Reimu were in Awe, while Rumia and Miko had a heartfelt conversation with each other.
Though Naruto heard it all over the fireworks, as he smiled seeing Miko's face finally official breaking the physical and Imaginary mask that she has Infront of her best friend.
As Naruto decided to focus on the fireworks, but Reimu got distracted and followed a butterfly around while trying to catch it, but accidentally trip and broke her nose.
She soon rushed to Rumia for help but Rumia's expression change into that of horror and deep within her a growing darkness was growing, as she smells the blood coming out of Reimu's nose.
For her stomach growled out with hunger and greed, as she turns to look at Reimu she could only see food to eat her Youkai instincts were saying to her. 'Kill her and finally fill the darkness within you!'
Naruto and Miko could sense the darkness within her, which she rules over as the Youkai of the man-eating Youkai of Darkness, it has been a long time since she has eaten any Human flesh or human for that matter.
Rumia not wanting to hurt Reimu or Miko or even Naruto for that matter ran away into the forest, as Reimu cried out for her, wondering why was she running away.
While Naruto and Miko knew it was due to something deeper, as Naruto and Miko let her go even deeper into the woods for her own safety and theirs.
As for Naruto he decided to take his leave from the shrine for Miko gave him permission, for it was a sober and solemn day for the four of them.
Naruto soon was greeted by his Bachan Yukari as she said to him. "How was the fireworks, was it good." Yukari said in a cheerful tone.
Hoping his little Naruto-Kun had managed to have some fun, as Naruto put up a fake smile.
As he spoke to his Bachan. "It was great, Yukari-Bachan but I'm really tired so I will take my leave, and rest in my bedroom." Naruto said to Yukari, as Yukari sensed something wrong with her Naruto-Kun as she would have to get to the bottom of this.
A Week later.
It was a week later after what had happened to Rumia, as Yukari gotten all of the Info, she needed for she when to Rumia in the woods, as her eyes were everywhere.
For she then gotten there to see Rumia in a worse state, as her cheeks bones were seen while her eyes still have the light of Hope and determination.
While Yukari just fanned herself while holding her Umbrella as she spoke to her. "I know, that you are starving due to you not eating any Human flesh or people in a long time, Aswell trying to deny your Nature." Yukari said in a serious tone.
"I won't any Human flesh or people, I don't want to be like I was before not for Naruto or Reimu." Rumia said weakly while having a happy smile on her face, remembering those two kids.
As Yukari then snapped as she rushed at Rumia while choking her with one hand, while yelling at her. "DON'T GIVE ME THAT EXCUSE, IF YOU DON'T EAT ANYTHING YOU WILL GO BERSERK, IT MAY BE HARD FOR YOU AND MIKO TO SWALLOW BUT YOU CAN'T DEFY YOUR OWN NATURE, IF YOU DID YOU WILL GO OUT OF CONTROL LIKE BEFORE!" Yukari shouted at Rumia.
"Don't you know I know that, that I can't stay with Naruto and Reimu it's heart breaking! For they have filled the Void whom I have yearned to fill ever since I became a Youkai!" Rumia shouted at Yukari.
As she continued. "And I promise to myself to never ever eat a person ever again, for the three of them!" Rumia said with tears rolling down her eyes.
Yukari then let go of Rumia as she spoke in a final tone to her. "I can't let you go out of control again, you will wreak havoc throughout Gensokyo and I can't let you do that, so I had to bring with me that will certainly do the Job." Yukari said to Rumia.
Rumia looked towards Yukari to see Miko and Naruto stepping out of the back of Yukari, as Rumia could only look on wide eye on the two loved ones, that had filled the emptiness inside of her and they were here to kill her.
"Was all of our friendship and bond that we had created ALL FOR NOTHING!" Rumia screamed out to the two of them, Miko wearing a mask to hide her emotions while for Naruto was nothing but a blank face.
As Yukari soon left through her portal while Rumia's expression and Aura changed to nothing but pure rage and absolute darkness covered the surrounding forest, Aswell an oppressive Aura was put on both Naruto and Miko.
For Rumia looked at them with nothing but empty and dark eyes, as she began to laugh manically while holding her head, as she said to herself repeatedly. "THIS IS NOTHING BUT A DREAM." but as she glanced up to Naruto and Miko.
She could sense a slight twinge of fear coming from him, as this made Rumia smirk for she spoke with a dark and creepy smile at Naruto. "Come to me, N-a-r-u-t-o-K-u-n." Rumia said the words slowly.
Which send shivers through the spine of Naruto, as it was his first time in facing a powerful Youkai besides his Bachan, and most painful of all it was one of his loved ones for he had to cast his tears to face this opponent Infront him.
As he asked Miko along with his Yukari-Bachan to let him join, for he wants to see with his own eyes and he would want to say a final goodbye to a person who had cared for him a month, with all the love equal to his mom and Bachan.
Flashback.
Yukari was about to leave but was somebody was pulling on her dress, as she looked behind to see Naruto as he said to her. "Please, Yukari-Sama I would like to come with you." Naruto said in a begging tone.
Which surprised Yukari as Naruto would never use Sama along with her name, it means he was serious as Yukari then said to Naruto. "Okay, Naruto I will let you come but only you and I along with Miko can know of this." Yukari said in a serious tone.
As Naruto nodded and the both of them soon entered the portal and went through it to meet up with Miko, for she was wearing a mask while being surprised that Naruto had come.
For she then asked Yukari. "Why is Naruto-Chan over here?" Miko questioned Yukari.
Yukari then replied to Miko. "He begged me to let him come and he would like to fight along with you too." she said to Miko.
Miko could only nod as she spoke to the both of them. "Come with me, I have a plan for Rumia just I had expected would happen anytime." Miko said in a deadly and serious tone.
For they went inside of a building on the outskirts of the Hakurei Shrine, for there they planned for two days and it accumulated to this.
End of Flashback.
Naruto soon came back to the present as Rumia had crazed look in her eyes, while Miko said to him. "Steel your mind, Naruto for this battle will be your test and how far your training has come with me and your sensei Jiraiya." Miko said in a cold and serious tone at Naruto.
As Naruto nodded and looked forward to face Rumia, for the power of Darkness was all consuming and all powerful and it was only Naruto who had the power to counter, Rumia as he was the Angel of light.
For Rumia then went and rushed at Naruto aiming for his heart, as her nails had almost pierced the heart of Naruto but was stopped by Miko, as she was holding the hand of Rumia.
With a stare that would make a man piss in fear but Rumia face that with her own stare of deranged look on her face, as Naruto looked on with complete fear and shaking with pure and absolute terror on his face.
While some blood of Miko had been splashed on his face, as Miko stopped it with her hand though some nails stabbed her skin.
As Rumia licked some blood off her face that was also splashed on her face, for she began to laugh again as it started like giggle and full on manically laughing. "hahahahahahahahahahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" for she pulled her other hand and tried to stab Miko with it.
But Miko then pulled Rumia's hand away and blocked the other hand from hitting her shoulder, as she bust out seals of the Hakurei Shrine along with her Ying Yang Orb, while Naruto could only watch helplessly at the sidelines.
Miko then called out to him and said. "Don't just stand their Naruto, and help me with our plan that we created together!" Miko ordered Naruto.
Naruto nodded steeled himself at the battle at hand, and when in placing his flying Raijin Kunai along with seals to seal up Rumia for good Aswell for another purpose.
As Miko battled Rumia throughout the forest while Naruto fired blast after blast at Rumia along with light attacks and spears.
Pinning Rumia down, while Rumia destroyed it with her darkness and began to release tendrils of Darkness as she sends them forth to attack Naruto and Miko.
Some hit Naruto with tremendous force while some were sharp enough to cut to the muscle, for Naruto sustain some Injuries.
While Miko faced the full might of the attack as she sustained almost fatal Injuries, but she stood standing as she shouted at Naruto again. "Come on, Naruto we are almost done with the Ritual!"
For Naruto nodded again with more determination and flame in his eyes, and when on the offensive and began attacking Rumia with all of his might as he shouts out. "Lucky 9 Golden Eye, Awake!"
The legendary eye of light and luck awaken as Naruto used this to his Advantage, for he matches Rumia's strength with his light just barely, for he hadn't have much experience using it in battle.
Matching the Dark tendrils with his own Light tendrils as his light fought over the darkness, but he starting to tire from the constant back and forth.
But that all came at a head as Miko then shouted. "Spell card, Ying Yang purification!" while hitting Rumia with the Ying Yang Orb, for Naruto soon teleported at the same time and calling out with his own attack too. "Holy Light!"
For the two attacks hit Rumia as when the attacks disappeared, she was gone while for Miko it took a lot from her, as she was losing blood fast which Naruto couldn't help with his healing.
"D-Don't L-Leave me, Miko-Bachan think about Reimu!" Naruto cried out to Miko as he was holding her, gripping on as they had finally did it.
Miko the caressed the cheek of Naruto and reassured him as she spoke. "Promise me, Naruto-Chan that you will protect Reimu and Rumia for me." as the light in her eyes when away.
For her hand when limp as Naruto held it dearly, while it was at the month of December on the twenty-fifth as it was the saddest day for Naruto.
Even with all of his power Naruto couldn't even save his love ones, and this time it ended with their death for he resented his own weakness and vowed even more to be stronger and powerful.
So, nobody in his family or loved ones would die on his hands, for it was snowing as Naruto buried the body of Miko deep within the forest, while making a sign and a cross over her while praying for her soul wherever she was.
Naruto pulled himself out of the battle his legendary eyes would always be awaken, for this battle has open his eyes and it would never close once more.
For he had a lot of Injures most namely on his legs and arms Aswell on his chest, and some on his face for he pulled himself up and created a portal towards Yukari Mansion.
When Yukari saw him, she rushed towards him to heal him, Aswell calling out for Ran to fix his wounds as Yukari knew the mission was a success.
But it came with a heavy cost, but a cost well paid for in blood she thought grimly as she walked towards where Naruto was currently being placed in.
10 Months later.
We could see Naruto and Yukari going up to Reimu who was sleeping on the stairs of Shrine waiting for both Rumia and Reimu, as she soon woke up as she saw both Naruto and Yukari as she spoke to them. "Naruto where is Rumia and Mama?" Reimu asked innocently at Naruto.
Which Naruto couldn't bear to stare directly Reimu, but did it anyway as he said with a fake smile and happy tone. "They are alright, but you will have to look towards Yukari-Bachan to see them again!"
As Reimu nodded and turned towards Yukari and soon met by an erasing memory spell, for Yukari erased all memories of Reimu's mother and Rumia Aswell for Naruto, but not for Marisa.
Afterwards both Naruto and Yukari left Reimu inside of the shrine, as Naruto left with tears in his eyes for the year has ended and he and his mother would be picked up by his uncle Michael.
For he will miss Gensokyo of all the memories he has shared, and even the bad ones but at least he knows Reimu and Marisa will be in good hands with his Yukari-Bachan.
