Chapter 37 - Chapter 37 - A momentary escape

I first checked out my body's condition on the circulation part. This new energy that had mixed in now introduced me to a new freedom to make constructs. Something felt very different; the energy itself had become fluid yes and so did the stuff I could create with it. I tried to make a hammer and a bunch of other common tools. Then I made a sword on one hand and a hammer on the other and decided to test how they worked and boy did it do damage. I can also setup a very small independent area where my powers are multiplied by at least 3 times but the energy circulation is also fastened putting a larger strain on my body itself. It spanned within the size of the cabin which was more than enough to deal with in close quarters. Granted I fight with gauntlets, having this newfound ability to setup this dominion, I decided to call it providence dominion and hopefully I did remember this name.

Now a new problem had arisen, with the tree itself shrivelling up which had been a major source of food for these guys for such a long time, and now it probably won't last any longer than a week or so.

I had to quickly find a way to tear open this space and that god forsaken fog. I went to Mertiana and Riot (I still don't accept Riot) and decided to tell them what did happen and also told them to leave me alone in my cabin for the upcoming 4 days. If my estimates are correct, I can build up my energy well enough to break through distortion fog. I told them to build up their energy and circulation levels. I pulled Riot aside when Mertiana wasn't noticing "I know you can see the thread between me and Mertiana but all you need to know is that I'm here to help. You will need to spread the technique among your trusted subordinated as well. I know this is gonna be very hard to master as well and many will probably die if they're unlucky so you will have to follow it down to a letter. If you can proceed through with this, then we can escape this loop all together.

His eyes which used to look as if they'd resigned to their fate now had a small glimmer of hope "Yes, I'll teach it to them and ensure there are no casualties. Also I ask for your blessings with marrying your daughter". The look on this smug bustard's face, I wanted to pull out my energy and beat him up again but I decided that'd be too harsh considering I've not even been in her life. "you know what, keep her safe. If she ever cries, its your head that will surely be flying". He thanked me and went back to her side as they organised resources and did jobs around the village. I was happy to see that my daughter had managed to live a happy life even without me but being trapped here was no more than a death sentence.

(Narrator's note: this guy is still 17 when all this is happening but at least he ain't younger) In closed quarters, I decided to take up a bit from the wolven technique of circulation. This was gonna be very excruciatingly painful, even more so than when I passed through the second wall of my circulation. This would essentially be me bursting my blood vessels and my blood cells to increase my blood circulation as well. Luckily I just went through the massive powerup and my body's bone structure seems to be quite heavy and doesn't have enough energy as my physical energy to balance each other out. All I had to do was burst my cells at a rate where my bones could produce more cells safely without compromising their rates.

Slowly as I kept circulating, my cells kept increasing and going down at dangerous rates, it was excruciating but at the same time, I could see a silver lining which allowed me to continue. If I stopped in-between, I could probably never escape this hell hole.

~6 days later:

I had finally finished my circulation. My energy had increased by 2 times than it was. This was a very big thing as well but I probably won't be able to do this method ever again lest I risk my own explosion. I went out and looked at how the situation was outside. A disaster had seemingly just passed through the village again. The people didn't seem very fazed. Riot came to see me "well I was starting to think you were never gonna come outta there."

He seemed to have developed himself well as well, he seemed to have grown taller. I could also see that he'd actually upgraded his circulation to suit his body. He also seemed to have grown a bit furrier and seemed more wolf than humanoid.

I then went towards the centre of the village where everyone had been huddled together by Riot and Mertiana. I quickly conjured up a construct. I simple and clean blade that reach the floor when I let my hand hang.

I raised my hand then, while circulating my energy, I made a single slice across the fog. Everyone was there to witness it. Some were at awe by the cut; others were bawling their eyes out. Riot and Mertiana seemed to be quite collected, but sure enough It was short lived.

A single individual sat there with his eyes closed and his fingers making a weird symbol by joining his middle and thumb fingers and resting on his thighs while sitting on a small round thing which should've been impossible since the round thing should've somehow rolled off but he did a great job at sitting there without any feet on the ground. His bodies had multiple symbols etched onto his skin and I had an inkling that wasn't simple ink but rather some kind of metal. The pattern stretched all the way over from his head to his foot visibly fashioning a simple toga around.

He slowly opened his eyes and so the fog faded away as if it were never a thing. All the spirits that had been there had been just pushed away as If they weren't real.

With a deep voice "So the lost lambs have escaped their enclosure setup to protect them?" said the guy.
