The announcer was mid-talking when suddenly, a golden ball blast hit Hito from aside, knocking him sideways, while Renji's blast continued to fly, until it was undone by the barrier blocking the stands.
"Argh! That hurt like Josei's energy balls!"
Hito exclaimed in pain, only to her a female voice beside him.
"That was because it was me, idiot."
"Huh?"
Hito looked up to see Josei beside him. He was confused until he figured it out: she had just saved him from getting eliminated. But that didn't go down well with his pride.
"I... I didn't ask you to save me... I could have saved myself!"
"Says the guy who was already getting called as eliminated."
Renji came to the two, looking displeased.
"I didn't call for an interruption in my fight."
"No rules defend you," Josei replied, "besides, he's my friend. I can't let him get eliminated just like that—"
"I wasn't getting eliminated!"
"Would you shut up?! In fact, I'm leaving you to the mercy of this dude."
And then Josei ran off to wherever she came from.
Suddenly, an orange haired boy crashed imto Renji, making him fall. Then suddenly, and boy with white scattered hair rushed in to strike him, but paused, looking confused at the scene before him.
Before that boy could even think any further, two bodies crashed into him. One had short brown hair, while the other had a neat white hair.
Suddenly, a boy with spiky black hair walked slowly with an exhausted face, tired legs, bruises on his body. He then turned to Hito and said:
"See, I told you I'll be among the top 100 contestants left."
Then he fell, not passed out, but exhausted.

In that part of the arena, Mono, Josei, Hito, Tokira, Raiba, Renji, Kaito, and Jin found themselves together.
They all looked startled because of the nature of the way they came together.
Then Kaito stood up and said, "Y'all, let's calm down. Anyone who has been fighting should pause.
"The way we are allooking at each other implies that we know each other somehow, even if I don't know some people here."
Mono decided to stand up and said, "I'm the one with the best knowledge of everyone here at once, so let me do the honours."
He continued while pointing fingers:
"This is Hito my cocky friend, Josei... I'd better not describe her for my own safety, hehe.
"This is Raiba, Tokira the chill guy, Renji, whom I met from an argument on the street, Kaito, Renji's friend, and Jin, just some one I was fighting, though he said he knows Renji."
"I knew he looked familiar," Renji said.
"I didn't know you were still with Kaito. I bet he hasn't helped you one but, but we can't talk about that here now, Ren, can we?"
That came from Jin. Renji just ignored him.
Then everything becamd awkward.
So, Josei broke the silence, "I have a suggestion."
"Someone is missing here," Hito said, then he looked up ahead along he far side of the edge of the arena. He saw who he was looking for.
"I'll be right back," he said.
Then Hito ran off.
When he got to the far side, she saw Fenji in the middle of a MMA hold with someone, so he decided to interfere with the fight.
He dragged the person off and held him from the back in an armbar position. Fenji used that opportunity to stand up and give the boy punches. When the boy became weak, Hito lifted him up, while Fenji yelled.
"I'm sorry, bro! I really am! Don't take this personal!"
Then Hito flinged him off the edge.
"Follow me," Hito said.
"Contestant 511 has bee—"
Hito didn't even focus on je announcer and ran back to the group. Shortly after, Fenji came and then paused.
"Is this an ambush?"
"No, silly," Hito said, "I just brought you to my group. Guys," he said turning to the rest, "this is Fenji, someone I met."
"Okay," Josei said, "that's good. As for my suggestion, I wanted us to team up, and make it to the top 64. I'm saying, let's just storm this arena and reduce the number of contestants left to 64, so we can move to the next round. Then we can fight each other."
"Wait," Raiba said, "why didn't we do that from the beginning?"
"Because dojo members are scattered into the arena based on numbers and we just met. So are we doing this?"
"How can I trust you people?" Jin asked, "How do I know you won't just push me off when I least expect?"
"Don't worry, they won't." That came from Tokira.
"...okay. I'll take the chill guy's words."
