It is very clear that the world currently fighting against Zhou Tian is, from every aspect, a target suitable for Zhou Tian's annexation. Even before its invasion of the Abyss World, Zhou Tian had indeed chosen it as his target. However, according to Zhou Tian's original plan, the living beings of that world were not suitable to disguise as, and Zhou Tian thus gave up his initial plan.
Therefore, at that time, when the world had annexation value and Zhou Tian had the ability to annex it, even if it would take some effort to achieve the goal, he still had the motivation to make a move against that world.
It is obvious that Zhou Tian is now laying the foundation for his future annexation of that world.
Indeed, theoretically speaking, that world no longer poses a major threat to the Abyss World. At least while Zhou Tian resides within the Abyss World, that world attempting to conquer the Abyss World has become something impossible to accomplish.
