Finally, Melody Sheffield stopped Mrs. Wilson, "Mom, don't get so worked up, I have something to tell you." She turned to Edmund Wilson, Finn Wilson, and Viola Harris, "You guys go out for a bit, let me talk to mom for a while."

Edmund Wilson said nothing, taking out a pack of cigarettes and a lighter from his pocket, intending to light a cigarette. Finn Wilson then looked at him, "You've been smoking a lot lately, but this is a hospital, the nurse will tell you off if she sees."
