After seeing Nia Mitchell off, Maxwell Peary returned to the ward.
"Annie, you now align the investigation direction of Nia's biological mother with Leon Blackwood, check all the women around him of that age."
"Okay."
Annie immediately nodded. With the direction of the investigation clear, it seemed something could be found out soon.
As long as there is a breakthrough, Leon Blackwood wouldn't be so mysterious.

Charles Northwood and Tara Jameson had dinner at home and were getting ready to return to Capital Town.
Before leaving, Tara's mother pulled her into the room and said something unknown.
After a long wait, they finally came out. After Charles bid farewell to the two elders, he drove away with Tara.
"What did your mom say to you?"
Charles was quite curious.
Hearing Charles ask this, Tara's face instantly turned red.
"I... nothing much."
She quickly refuted and then sat there, starting to feel a bit uneasy.
