By the time Gian Horne and his wife, along with the old lady and others, had all gathered on the same floor, Pheobe Rogers's eyes began to turn cold, cruel, and fierce. All reason was lost as her eyes blazed with murderous intent.
She stared at the infant in Julia's arms, then quietly moved closer.
