After watching Sloane Hawthorne's performance, Selena Kensington felt somewhat tired.
"Grandfather, take your time. I'll go up and rest first."
"Alright, go and rest."
Selena Kensington stood up.
Sterling Norwood gently squeezed her hand, "Go sleep first, I'll stay with Grandpa for a while."
Selena Kensington nodded, "Okay."
Then, Selena Kensington went upstairs.
Once Selena was confirmed to be upstairs, the nonchalant expression on Sterling Norwood's face vanished.
Mr. Norwood turned his head to look at him, "Speak, what is it."
"The experiment has hit a bottleneck."
Sterling Norwood stated plainly, his eyes dim.
Upon hearing this, Mr. Norwood paused.
Then he sighed, "If you don't plan on having children, this matter can be put on hold."
Sterling Norwood's gaze sharpened, his tone suddenly heavier, "What about the 'impact'?!"
Sterling Norwood wasn't overly concerned about having children.
He was just afraid that someday Selena Kensington might want a child.
