Originally, everyone disregarded Du Heng.
But suddenly, hearing Du Heng ask for a set of acupuncture needles piqued everyone's curiosity.
At this moment, however, everyone was merely curious; no one really believed Du Heng could actually use acupuncture to lower the patient's blood pressure.
If traditional Chinese medicine really possessed such capabilities, it wouldn't be in its current state, being overshadowed by modern medicine.
Right as everyone was curious, Du Heng inserted the first needle into the Baihui (GV20) point.
Watching the long silver needle gradually shorten, everyone present felt their skin twitch.
Isn't this piercing into the brain?
The Deputy Director who spoke earlier felt a jolt in his heart, and was about to shout for Du Heng to stop.
A needle stuck into the forehead was a scene he hadn't encountered or imagined before.
