The old man sat in the pavilion, looking at Qin Feiyang and his companions, his face an unbroken shade of iron green. Qin Feiyang and the others, on the other hand, stood respectfully before him, hardly daring to breathe.
Suddenly, the old man burst out laughing contentedly.
The group exchanged puzzled glances. They had all thought the old man was going to punish them, but they didn't expect him to laugh.
Fatty whispered, "What do you guys think, is the old man losing his marbles?"
The old man abruptly stopped laughing and glared fiercely at Fatty. "I laughed because I remembered the embarrassed faces of those old bastards in the Yun State office," he said. "That doesn't mean I'm not angry."
Fatty pouted. "It's not our fault, so why are you angry?"
