"Brother, what's the matter?" She seemed unfazed by James Carter hanging up on her.
"Did you see the WhatsApp messages I sent you just now?" James Carter asked.
"Not yet, I just woke up and answered a call, haven't had a chance to check the messages on WhatsApp." Jillian Carter replied, "What did you send me? Is it about Sister Mandy Forest?"
When mentioning Mandy Forest, James Carter's expression turned slightly cold.
"No." James Carter said bluntly, "This morning, we caught a paparazzi in the hotel corridor, was it hired by you?"
"No!" Jillian Carter denied outright.
But it was this instinctive denial that made James Carter realize that she was lying.
No matter what, Jillian Carter was his sister growing up with him, so whether Jillian was lying or not, James Carter could feel it.
"Brother, it really wasn't me who hired the paparazzi to stake out your place." Jillian Carter explained anxiously upon hearing the silence on the phone, "It really wasn't me, I'm not that bored."
