If it were a one-on-one duel, The Blissful Master could indeed hold a significant advantage with his cultivation base, but now trapped in a siege, that little advantage isn't enough anymore.
In just a brief span of one or two hundred breaths, The Blissful Master kept running and taking hits. Although not in life-threatening danger, he was beaten quite wretchedly.
At this rate, as long as he doesn't flee, defeat is only a matter of time.
Wang Shouzhe calculated that the time was about right, then cut into the battlefield nearby and timely called off the fight.
By that time, Liu Ruolan had vented enough, with only twenty to thirty breaths left in her transformation time. Not daring to act recklessly, she flew back to Wang Shouzhe's side, switching the Crystal Ancient Leader battle armor from its explosive mode to normal mode.
