"What is a 'Swallow Cup'?"
"You don't even know what a Swallow Cup is? Have you really never had bird's nest before?"
When he was younger, his mother and sister often ate it, but he wouldn't. In Adrian Desmond's view, it was just swallow's saliva, and he wouldn't eat it.
"I told you, I don't eat swallow's saliva!"
"Fine. Remember what you just said. When I finish cooking the bird's nest later, don't eat any."
"Sure, you can just eat my share," he said generously, not caring about the swallow's saliva at all. It's disgusting; I only want to eat Sienna Johnson's saliva, he thought.
