Chapter 102 - All Carry Is SAVED!

[Jokes aside, did All Might not carry this show for 4+ seasons? and not to mention the majority of season 6-7...f*ck me.]

All Might tore through the last of the restraints like they were party ribbons, the alloy snapping with a sound closer to embarrassment than resistance. He straightened, steam rolling off his shoulders, and threw back his head with a booming laugh.

"YOUNG BAKUGO!" he cheered, voice filling the gala hall. "THAT WAS EXCEPTIONAL! I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT BETTER MYSELF—though the screaming was a tad much!"

Bakugo stood amid the wreckage, chest rising and falling, suit torn and scorched, eyes sharp. He looked away with a scowl that didn't quite hide the spark of pride burning underneath.

"Tch. It was nothing," he snapped. "But there's still something for you to punch."

All Might's grin faded, replaced by something heavier. He tilted his head slightly, listening—not just with his ears, but with instinct honed over decades of battle.

"…Ah. That sound from before," he said quietly. "We can still feel it now. Young Midoriya must be dealing with it."

Bakugo clicked his tongue. "Deku's wasting his time," he growled. "We should finish that guy off—"

He didn't get to finish.

All Might grabbed Bakugo by the back of his collar, hoisted him like a sack of groceries, and vanished through the shattered wall.

"W–HEY—?!"

The ground exploded beneath them as All Might landed outside, already moving, already accelerating—his feet pounding against the tower's exterior as if gravity were a polite suggestion rather than a rule.

"WE'LL BE SURE TO AID YOUR CLASSMATES, YOUNG BAKUGO!" All Might bellowed as he began running up the tower, each step denting reinforced steel.

Bakugo snarled, sparks flaring instinctively. "…PUT ME DOWN, DAMN IT—!"

...

High above, inside the warped, bowl-shaped arena of living metal—

Izuku Midoriya's lungs burned.

His muscles screamed.

Green lightning lashed across his body in jagged arcs as he twisted midair, narrowly avoiding a spear of sharpened alloy that stabbed into the ground where his head had been a moment earlier.

"Iida—left!" Izuku shouted.

"I SEE IT!" Iida replied instantly, engines roaring as he changed direction mid-stride, blue flames blasting him sideways just as Wolfram collapsed the metal floor inward like a closing jaw.

Denki Kaminari skidded to a stop nearby, sparks crawling across his arms, eyes narrowed in a way that was rare for him—focused, sharp.

Wolfram straightened slowly at the center of the arena, metal flowing like liquid around his boots.

At first, it had been easy.

Too easy.

But now… now Wolfram was no longer reacting late.

He was anticipating.

"You kids really are like one of those endless runner games," Wolfram said lightly, rolling his shoulders as the arena reshaped itself again. "Fast, flashy… repetitive."

He raised a hand.

The metal answered.

Columns erupted from the ground in a spiral, forcing Izuku upward. Plates snapped shut behind Iida, herding him. Denki felt the floor beneath his feet subtly tilt—guiding him exactly where Wolfram wanted him.

Pressure closed in.

Izuku felt it in his gut.

He's learning us.

"Iida—pattern shift!" Izuku yelled. "He's predicting!"

"Understood!" Iida barked, already changing cadence, engines flaring unevenly as he deliberately broke rhythm.

Wolfram chuckled. "Oh, adjusting already? That's adorable."

He pivoted—

—and Izuku lunged.

Green lightning flared as Izuku reached out, fingers inches from Wolfram's shoulder—

Only for Wolfram to vanish sideways, metal carrying him like a wave.

Izuku's heart jumped.

Too open—

"I'VE GOT YOU!" Iida roared.

Iida slammed in, shoulder-first, deflecting the retaliatory metal spike that would have gutted Izuku. The impact sent him spinning, but he stayed upright, skidding across the arena.

Wolfram turned, amused. "What teamwork—"

THUD.

Denki wrapped his arms around Wolfram from behind.

Full contact.

Full commitment.

"Ever hear of a bear hug?" Denki said, voice tight but grinning anyway. "Naturally, so this won't be a shocker[1]."

Then—

BOOM.

Lightning exploded outward.

Not arcs.

Not sparks.

A flood.

The air screamed as 3.9 million volts surged through Wolfram's body, metal glowing white-hot as Denki poured everything into it.

Izuku shouted, "DENKI—!"

Too late.

The blast lit the arena like a miniature sun.

When it faded, Denki's body went limp, eyes rolling back as his legs gave out.[2]

Iida caught him just in time.

"Denki!" Iida gasped, voice cracking as he lowered him gently. "Stay with us—!"

Izuku turned slowly.

Wolfram stood motionless.

Smoke curled from his body.

Metal plating had fused and cracked, electricity still dancing weakly across his frame.

"…Did it work?" Iida whispered.

Izuku approached cautiously, heart pounding.

Even if Wolfram had insane durability… even if he had multiple quirks…

That should have stopped his heart.

Izuku swallowed hard. "…I don't think anyone survives that."

Behind Wolfram's mask—

Nothing moved.

No breath.

No twitch.

For a single, fragile moment—

They had won.

Inside Wolfram's body—

Darkness.

Weightlessness.

Silence.

…Ah.

Wolfram's thoughts drifted sluggishly, disjointed.

So that's what it feels like.

He couldn't feel his limbs.

Couldn't hear his heartbeat.

But his mind was still there—floating, aware, irritated.

Damn kids…

His physical enhancement quirk had kept his organs from liquefying.

His durability quirk had prevented total neural shutdown.

But his heart—

No quirk restarts a stopped heart.

Unless…

Metal responded to thought faster than flesh ever could.

Wolfram focused.

Deep.

Precise.

What little metal remained embedded in his body—microscopic fragments, shrapnel, filings fused under his skin—moved.

A sharp pain flared as metal cut inward, slicing through flesh, muscle, and rib.

Blood pooled.

But Wolfram didn't scream.

Didn't gasp.

He didn't need air yet.

The metal reached his chest cavity.

Wrapped.

Compressed.

Then—

JOLT.

A brutal, artificial shock surged directly through his heart.

Once.

Twice—

THUMP.

A violent spasm wracked his body.

Then—

THUMP.

Wolfram's eyes snapped open.

Electricity surged again—not Denki's, but his own controlled flow.

His lungs convulsed as air rushed in painfully.

He staggered forward—

And laughed.

Hoarse.

Broken.

Alive.

Izuku's eyes widened.

"Iida—MOVE—!"

Wolfram straightened, blood dripping freely now, metal crawling back over his wounds like a living exoskeleton.

"…You kids," he rasped, voice trembling with exhilaration. "That was spectacular."

He spread his arms wide as the arena answered him, metal screaming into new shapes.

"But I told you, didn't I?"

A grin split beneath the mask.

"I'm the final boss."

Far below—

The tower shook.

And somewhere outside—

All Might was running straight toward them, faster than the sound of his own name.

[Auther: As I said, I have changed a lot of stuff. So here, Wolfram doesn't immediately become the final Boss level and face All Might, so there's a bit of an adaptation to newfound power moment here. Also...regardless of how strong you are, remember even Goku will die from a simple heart disease...]

[1] "Funny, get it?"

[2] "Okay, so what happened here was different from when Denki released a bunch of electricity and fried his brain. Here, he proceeded to release a bunch of electricity in a confined space(Himself), which made 4+ million volts far more deadly. The consequence is that his nerves, which function using bioelectricity to send signals, do NOT appreciate it."
