I reached for the worn leather-bound book, its pages filled with her familiar, looping handwriting. The scent of dried herbs and old paper filled my nostrils as I carefully flipped through the entries, searching for anything related to sprains, inflammation, or pain relief. Each page was a memory, a testament to her wisdom and healing touch. I just hoped I could decipher her notes and find something that would help.
