The ladies always take a break in the lounge to rest and touch up their makeup halfway through the party.

Inside, the hearts of the two women raced.

"But I can't guarantee he's not here. Look at your husband, coming here quietly and not saying a word to you. I must say, what a couple, both keeping secrets from each other, aren't they?" Mrs. Lu couldn't help but include a touch of sharp sarcasm in her words.
