Damien , Damon and derek on entering the club were escorted to the VVIP table reserved only for them on a far end of the room, away from the preying eyes of humans.
Few minutes later the manager brought in their special: Processed plasma and human blood produced by one of the subsidiaries of Apex conglomerate owned by Damien.
Being a half Vampire and half human, Damien was the only Vampire that can eat like the humans and also consume blood for fuel.
Ever since he was a child, the taste of red blood had always made him nauseous and sick, but he needed it for strength so he painstakingly took it regardless, Not until he opened a company that specialised in synthesizing plasma from red blood.
Sipping his serum gracefully he's golden eyes glowed in the dark.
"What happened to your eyes?" Damon asked putting his glass down as he stared in awe.
"Golden eyed Vampire" Derek hummed in amazement.
Sighing, he shut his eyes again before opening it a few seconds later, this time it went back to his normal chromatic eyes, even that too was unique and beautiful.
"Its one of the things that happened today" he sipped his plasma before Narrating everything that had happened that morning.
"According to legend, Only one Vampire was gifted the golden eye, your Grand father, king Silva Voltorie" Derek began, narrating the tale that was as old as time.
"And one of the many mysteries of a golden eyed vampires is the ability to see the goddess and of cause an immense power" Derek continued.
"That's it, nothing else" Damon asked, obviously unimpressed.
"There must be other things you know, but most of the information were lost in time, so we will just have to find out from our friend here" Derek said as the two stared back at Damien.
"Is she as gorgeous as the legend says?" Damon asked.
"Shut up" damien and Derek said simultaneously, both not ready for his flirtatious shenanigans.
Anyone could mistake the three as humans because of their disposition and how non gothic they usually were...but not thair fellow vampires.
"So do you know this Lauren human, have you seen her before" Derek asked the obvious question on everyone's mind.
Twirling the glass of plasma in his finger tip, he tried to remember the last thing he saw after he went unconscious on that snow forest.
"Not really....I dont think so" he said skeptically....
"That doesnt make sense"
"Exactly" Damien concurred.
The three went to converse on other things and left the supernatural things for later.
"Well hello" Damon smiled devilishly as soon as he saw new faces enter the club.
Damien and Derek both followed his line of sight to see who again had enticed their casanova friend, but just then,f one of them looked towards their direction.
"That's her, that's the girl in my dream" Damien said utterly suprised to see her.
"Her?, Dr lauren Turner is the girl you saw in your dream?" Derek asked shocked.
"You know her?" The other two asked instantaneously.
"Well..yes but not on a personal level, she is one of the best if not the best cardiac surgeon in the country, I have been trying to recruit her for the past three months but she has been very hard to get a hold of, as she also works as a special agent⁹ at the National division of Investigation" Derek briefed.
"Wow, stalker much" Damon mocked.
"I'm not a stalker, i just find her interesting that's all" Derek said gulping down the blood in his glass.
"Well hold your laurels brother because according to Damien she is his destiny or something of the sorts"
Taking his phone from the table Damien made a call to his personal assistant.
"Get me every information you can find on a Dr Lauren Turner, i need it on my table first thing tomorrow morning"
"That was fast" Damon remarked smirking.
"Why dont we go and say hello?" Derek asked
"What for?" Damien countered.
"Well for starters, to get acquainted with who will potentially help you find your father, let's not forget that she is your destiny according to you, so whether we like it or not your life might revolve around her or the other way round" Damon said before gulping down his drink and standing to his feet.
As much as he hated it, he knew Damon was right and made alot of sense, and that alone says alot because Damon wasn't always big on giving life advice.
Sighing he got to his feet as well.
It was a jaw dropping moment for all of the guest in the VIP area as soon as the three made their way out of the dark corner.
"Who are they" a lady asked one of her friends.
"Are they even real, because what is this gorgeousness" another asked.
Sighing, Damien cringed as he heard all the shameless thoughts going through their minds.
"Couldnt felix take a hint?" Damon asked when he saw one of their kind pestering Lauren and her friend.
Meanwhile....
"Can I buy you ladies a drink?" A man asked as he sat beside lauren and chloe at the bar..
"No thanks, we are good" Lauren answered curtly as she continued her discussion with chloe.
The man felt insulted but he wasn't going to take no for an answer, he was felix Montenegro,he always get what he wants, and right now, it is to have a taste of this human.
"Let's go and dance" chloe suggested giggling as she stood from her stool while dragging Lauren along, whose other hand was immediately held on by the man she had turned down just a moment ago.
"Let go of my hand" lauren said calmly even though she was ragging inside...she hated being touched without her consent.
"I am not done talking to you, now sit down" felix commanded.
"Are you drunk, or just a dick, or both, now let go of my sister's hand while we're being nice" Chloe said packing her long blonde in a pony tail, ready for anything.
"Shut your mouth bitch" felix said, and as soon as the word bitch left his mouth, Lauren yanked him forward and smacked him hard on his throat causing him to spill out black blood as he winced in pain.
Damien signaled his bouncers to stay back while he watched in amazement.
Who would have thought two female humans could ever challenge a century year old vampire..
"Yuck, what's that black thing" Chloe asked in disgust when she saw the black liquid on the floor.
"Get them" felix shouted at his men, but just then the Craziest thing happened.
