Vegeta was also somewhat astonished, his brow furrowing slightly as his gaze lingered on Buu's neck for a moment; his lips pursed, but he said nothing.
"I'll try," Broly said, pressing his hands against his own head, locking his fingers over the top, and pulling upward with force.
Crack!
Broly's head tilted sharply, his neck emitting a crisp bone-snapping sound, and he fainted on the spot.
His body slid limp from the chair, falling to the ground with a thud, limbs splayed out powerlessly; he had nearly died.
Rez pressed a hand to his forehead, covering his face for a long time without letting go, his lip twitching as he took a deep breath and slowly exhaled.
Can you please stop being such a clown?
Playing around like this is an easy way to get yourself killed.
What just happened to Broly reminded Rez of a video he had seen in his previous life.
There was a fly that removed its own head just like that, and then spent ages unable to put it back on.
Fortunately, Broly hadn't used too much force.
Otherwise, once the head is off, it's not so easy to put back on.
"Hahaha!" Buu immediately burst into laughter, his chubby body rocking back and forth until tears nearly came out.
Vegeta turned his head away, truly not wanting to speak anymore.
I don't want to play with idiots.
Linoshi also gave a soft sigh and was about to reach out to treat Broly.
Rez, however, reached out to stop her, his palm gently pressing against the back of her hand.
Linoshi was slightly startled and looked up at Rez.
"You're still laughing! See that he's almost dead? Hurry up and treat him!" Rez scolded Majin Buu directly, his gaze like a knife and his tone carrying an air of authority.
"Yes! Yes!" Buu nodded obediently and hurriedly stood up from his chair, his chubby body running to Broly's side in a few quick steps before squatting down.
Snap!
Majin Buu squatted beside Broly and extended a chubby palm, from which a burst of warm white light suddenly bloomed.
The light spread out rapidly, covering Broly like flowing water and enveloping his entire body.
In just an instant, Broly's injuries were completely healed.
His tilted neck snapped back into place with a faint sound of bone resetting, leaving not even a mark on his skin.
Afterward, he bounced up from the ground, spun around energetically, shook his head, and grinned foolishly.
"Eh? It feels like I almost died?" Broly scratched his head, his eyes darting around with a hint of belated confusion in his tone.
Vegeta crossed his arms, his chin held high and his tail flicking behind him, his lip twitching slightly: "You only just realized?"
This guy really is an idiot!
The problem is... I've actually been surpassed by an idiot now.
His gaze fell on Majin Buu again; the fat guy had already withdrawn his hand and was standing there, his chubby face wearing an expression of seeking credit.
Vegeta's brow quirked slightly.
This pink fat guy's Healing Technique is quite remarkable.
Wait a minute!
Broly's power level has clearly increased.
Vegeta's pupils shrank slightly as a thought flashed through his mind.
He is also a Saiyan; having just been reborn from the brink of death, his power level has indeed increased significantly.
Vegeta's fingers unconsciously clenched and then released.
His gaze fell on his own hands, then slowly moved toward his own head.
Should I also snap my own head and then let this fat guy treat me?
He hesitated repeatedly, his eyes darting around several times, but ultimately he did not do such a foolish thing.
Doing this would easily make people think he was an idiot.
Vegeta huffed, crossed his arms again, and tilted his chin even higher.
Lapina quickly finished preparing the meal and brought the dishes to the table one after another.
The table was laid out with a large spread of plates and bowls, steaming hot and filled with fragrance.
She wiped the sweat from her forehead and called out toward the inner room.
"Lazuli, Lapis, you two come quickly and help serve the food," Lapina said, her voice carrying a hint of urgency.
However, she soon noticed that something was wrong with the siblings.
The two children were huddled behind the door frame, their bodies trembling slightly, faces pale, and eyes occasionally darting toward Majin Buu.
"What's wrong with you two?" Lapina knelt down, her gaze scanning back and forth between the two children's faces, her brow furrowing slightly.
"A monster, there's a monster outside!" Lapis's voice was trembling, his fingers tightly gripping the door frame.
"Mhm, mhm, mhm!" Lazuli also nodded vigorously, her small face flushed red, lips quivering, and eyes wide and round.
"Monster?" Lapina was stunned for a moment, then turned her head to look in the direction the children were pointing.
Her gaze fell on Majin Buu; the pink fat guy was sitting at the table with his hands on his knees, his chubby face wearing an innocent expression.
"That pink guest? He does look quite strange..." Lapina's voice trailed off for a moment before she turned back, her tone softening slightly, "But he is a guest, so don't talk nonsense."
"He, he, he... he just took his head off and even held it in front of our eyes to look at it," Lapis explained hurriedly, his voice full of urgency as his hands gestured in the air.
Lapina was dazed at first, her mouth opening slightly, then she couldn't help but giggle, reaching out to ruffle Lapis's hair: "Don't talk nonsense. If a head is taken off, how can someone still be alive?"
"It's true, Sister, we both saw it," Lazuli chimed in, her eyes wide and serious.
"He might have been performing a magic trick; don't take it seriously," Lapina advised with a smile, her finger lightly tapping the tip of Lazuli's nose. "See, isn't he perfectly fine now? And he's eating very happily."
The siblings turned their heads at the same time and looked toward Buu.
Sure enough, the pink fat guy was sitting at the table, holding his chopsticks steadily and stuffing food into his mouth bite after bite, his cheeks bulging as he ate heartily, looking as satisfied as a child.
Lapis and Lazuli looked at each other, a hint of confusion in their eyes.
Could it really have been a magic trick?
It seemed that it wasn't impossible.
"Hurry and help serve the dishes; I can't handle it all by myself," Lapina stood up and patted the two children on the shoulders, her tone encouraging.
Lapis and Lazuli thought about it, nodded obediently, and went forward to help out.
The two small figures bustled back and forth between the kitchen and the dining table, carrying plates and setting out bowls and chopsticks; though their movements were youthful, they were quite serious.
Eating Earth's delicacies felt quite good to Rez.
He picked up a mouthful of food with his chopsticks, chewed a few times, and his eyes lit up slightly.
Moreover, Lapina's cooking skills were quite good—at least much better than the food Rez had eaten in his previous life.
