Li Jain went to Moonstone Scholars Institute to pick his two boys up. As soon as Juanxin's class came out, he ran to his father and threw himself into his arms.
Li Jain caught him and patted his head lightly: "Why are you running so fast?"
"Daddy, I went to find you during lunch break but the teacher said you were taking a nap. Were you too tired waiting for me?" Juanxin asked worriedly.
"Not quite. I'm alright, daddy just needed to rest for a while." Li Jain assured Juanxin.
Li Jain then gave a grateful look to the teacher who responded by shaking her head, saying no problem.
She just happens to see Li Jain leaving in a hurry by chance and thought he might have something urgent to attend to.
"How was school? Did you make any new friends?" Li Jain asked
"I made a new friend. Her name is Ai Xinyi." Juanxin replied.
"Ah," Li Jain was surprised: "That's good. I thought that ginger haired kid was going to be your first friend."
