Just staring at the shard and wondering wasn't going to give me any more information, so I put the shard away in the end.
This was certainly something that I had to examine in more detail in the future, but this wasn't the place for it.
If I was going to do this, I would use all of the equipment that Max created.
That was used to analyze things that had divine energy and corruption energy, but I felt that it should work in this case.
"Immortal energy should be close enough to divine energy." That was the assumption that I made.
Though it wasn't as if I could use my divine energy to resonate with this immortal energy.
Once I put away the stone shard, I didn't waste any time heading to the second location.
However, I did take one last look at this room to see if there was anything else that was hidden here. This stone shard that had a trace of immortal energy inside of it was without a doubt an unexpected surprise.
