The little stone creature in my hand didn't answer this question in the end.
It just looked up at me as if it was waiting for me to answer the question that it had asked.
So in the end, I said with a sigh, "I'm the representative of the gods that was sent here to help you." Then in a smaller voice, I said, "It isn't as if I know exactly how I'm supposed to help."
"Representative of the gods?" The same voice as before rang out.
It seemed that they only cared about what they wanted to know and didn't care at all about answering my questions at all.
Though it really wasn't as if they had a reason to answer my question.
After a moment of silence, the little stone creature in my hand started squirming once more as if it wanted to do something.
I had no idea what it wanted to do, but I didn't stop it this time.
