He called DRUG DEVIL, makes all of the high-quality drugs and even created some new drug that you can only get for the Underworld. He is also known to be cruel and kills his most unskilled employees for fun because others pain is his joy and is Ryumon's biggest business partner.
Overhaul kicked the door down as DRUG DEVIL was making an experimental drug that would hit instantly and will slow time for the user. " Who the fuck are you? That doesn't matter, guards kill him slowly and capture the girl, she will catch a fine price in the market.
Guards surrounded the door as they aim at Overhaul, Toga throw her knife at the guards and they all hit and causing some to drop their guns. Toga grab a knife that was in a woman's chest and twist it so hard that it pierce her lungs and some of her heart. Overhaul just quickly touch 8 guards, this caused them to explode into pieces of flesh and the guards quickly fled because no money is worth their life.
DRUG DEVIL injected himself with every drug that enhances his strength and speed. He had become a monster, he lose his rights now, Overhaul just touches him and he had become a cube of flesh that was still alive.
Overhaul just put him in his pocket, he got a lighter for his other pocket to set fire to the building. Overhaul and Toga quickly walked out as the building exploded, this caused Underworld to panic as they were turning to put out the fire.
The next stop was a monster dealer, he sells monster to fight other or people. His name is unknown and he just like being called M, he is also experiment on the monster to make him stronger and have a higher price. His lab is in the most shady place of the Underworld because his business is really hated for possibly damage and raging monsters.
Overhaul destroyed the door with his quirk as it exploded in shards, M is more muscular than expected, but he doesn't just use his strength and he command his obedient monster pet to attack Toga and Overhaul. Overhaul dodges their attacks as he touches the monster's chest and turns them into a cube of flesh.
M released every monster he had and tried to run away for the two, but Toga throw her knife with enough force that it pierce through his leg. Overhaul is dodging every monster attacks with some effort, but he eventually turned all of the monster into cubes of flesh.
" If you like experimenting so much, why don't you become one." Overhaul had grab a syringe and put out some monster blood with the syringe to injected into M to become a monster or die in the process.
Overhaul is coldly watching the painful process of M's transformation to a monster, but before he can do anything, Overhaul turned him into a cube of flesh like every monster he had do before, Overhaul has some new test subjects to he can use now and he started to burn the lab with another lighter.
