I stared sorrowfully at Krytaraa for a second as she stared down at the floor. Soon though, I got up off of the chaise we were on and went back to lay on my own chaise.
"Thank you for that, really. It means a lot to know that I'm not alone like this." Krytaraa sat herself upright and bowed deeply with immense gratitude.
I waved my hand as I turned away saying, "It's nothing. I know what it's like to be alone with something like that for a long time. It's… Easier, when someone is there for you."
Both of us then stared at the floor for a minute, neither of us speaking for the whole minute. Eventually though, the awkward silence got the best of us, and we restarted the conversation with a cough.
*Cough*
"So, is there anything else I should know about the Emberin of Justice and Righteousness?" I asked, getting us back on topic.
