When the time did come, she transformed back into the form of Gerald and unlocked the door, allowing her to step back outside.
She passed by all of those who were there and headed toward the exit.
She was soon greeted by a man who had been waiting for her.
He was standing by a van that had been parked outside. "Where to, boss?"
She replied coldly as she walked toward the back of the van. "I want to check in on how things are proceeding with the next batch. Take me there. I will be sitting in the back. Do not bother me until we get there."
She did not need to say anymore.
She already knew that he was involved with what she had mentioned and that he would understand from the little parts she had spoken about.
If it were someone who knew nothing about it, then there would likely have been a need to be a lot clearer, but when it came to someone who was involved, she only needed to give enough of a hint as to what it was all about.
