Ana POV
Did I die? Am I in heaven? Will I see fairies once I open my eyes? Wait what is this displeasing smell? Aren't heaven supposed to smell good and magnificent? Holy god..... Don't tell me I am in hell? But why in the name of good lord will the hell or heaven smell like medicine?
Wait medicine.....!!!! Does it mean I am in hospital? Does it mean I am alive? Who saved me? Will I see the person who saved me once I open my eyes? Let's see when I open my eyes.
I tried to open my eyes and saw a beautiful lady probably in her thirties wearing the white dress of nurse.
I tried to move a little as I felt a little uncomfortable on the left side of my head most probably that's where I got hurt when the nurse lady noticed that I was awake and came to me immediately to help. After I laid in a as comfortable as possible position.
" Miss please wait here and do not move untill I let Miss Emily and doctor know about your consciousness. "
" Yah go ahead. It not like I can move."
She smiled slightly and left the room. If Emily comes will the squad also come to see me. Does that mean Ray also might come. But I know I am looking ugly. No no i need to get ready.
As I woke up and got down of bed , I felt dizzy and lost my balance. I was waiting for the additional pain but it never came to me. So I opened my eyes and saw those chilling blue eyes staring back at mine. It is the first time I saw those eyes so close to mine. They shure are beautiful. But something is changed. They aren't as cold as I saw them last time in school campus.
That's when I felt two more hands on my shoulder trying to help me up.
" Daam girl. You shure can give the whole world headache by yourself. Why the hell did you even get down of bed. Where the hell is the daam nurse I appointed to take care of you untill we return." , I heard Emily curse while helping me up.
I chuckled as I heard her . She is like en elder sister I never had. But she being herself , she would never admit the she likes or care for me. Instead she makes me feel warm. Even her cold eyes can make me feel warmth with love .
" I am sorry. I just wanted to go washroom. The nurse just left to ask for doctor. It's not her fault . Don't blame her. She seems sweet and caring."
She pinched the brink of her nose which she does whenever she is irritated or angry but she didn't say anything.
" I will ask someone to get some food for both of you." , Xavier told.
" Yah shure.... One person is enough to keep her company so you can go back to company. Anyway she seems fine."
" .....Ummm.... okay. Let me know what doctor tells.", Xavier told Emily. He kissed her in cheeks before bidding us goodbye.
I was shocked to see the improvement in their relationship. She immediately turned red like cherry with the little action of him. Since when is this going on? How am I not aware of this? This won't do. Well all I have is time for my secretive best friend . Especially now that I can't move and we are alone.
As Xavier left the room ,. Emily took her time to turn back and I waited patiently even if I was growing impatient.
