Dimensional Displacement Portals (Unstable).

That was the big secrecy around Six's, or Dylan's, quirk. It was the reason why Nezu couldn't get past all the red tape and black bars in his quirk documentation. It was on the level of Star & Stripe's Quirk, New Order. However, due to its unstable nature, it was documented as quirkless because it required an outside factor to be of any use. However, at a young age, he demonstrated intelligence and problem-solving skills beyond his years.
But, due to factors outside their control, Dylan's Parents were forced to move to Japan to keep him safe. In doing so, that was how Dylan came to Japan. And the rest is history.
Fast forward, Dylan's parents were asked to come back to the USA as Dylan, at this time, was offered to work on something that would revolutionize the world. At this time, Dylan was about to graduate University of Tokyo early and accepted, as he wanted to get a stable job before he asked Inko or Mitsuki to marry him. However, it was three months in when the accident happened.
This accident caused the death of Dylan's parents, several scientists, and the destruction of a massive lab, along with Dylan's apparent death. The project they were working on was on a need-to-know basis. However, it did require one to be familiar, read as a high degree of knowledge, with Quantum Mechanics. The project was to be able to open wormholes to other dimensions, to prove, and to take resources from other dimensions.
The project was a success, in a way. However, due to Dylan's quirk being unstable and not having been awakened before, the portal was created to resonate with Dylan's dormant quirk, and it created a portal of its own. The portals intersected and caused the entire facility to explode.
Dylan Jones was the only survivor, as he was thrust into the world of an Neuclear Apocolypse.

Dylan sighed as he went over the memories he recovered. While there were still a few bits and pieces that were missing, he finally understood what had happened and how he came to the wasteland. As Dylan was heading to the teacher's offices, he knew they were in the middle of coming up with a plan in there. Once inside, Dylan was in the office, and he was bombarded with yells and exclamations of surprise.
The first thing thatSix felt was three female missiles slam into his chest and arms. Dylan smiled and hugged Mitsuki, Inko, and Willow. Knowing that this must have been a stressful time for them. After giving each of them a kiss on the head, they let him go.
.
"Six!" Willow shouted at him, "We thought that we would lose you again. What happened?!?"
"Traitor," Was all that Dylan said.
"Explain, now," Mitsuki demanded as she left no room for argument; Inko was the same, though she didn't say a thing.
"I got caught off guard and poisoned with concentrated Tunnler venom." Dylan sighed and told the truth to them.
.
The teachers, Mitsuki and Inko, had no idea what that was, but they reacted when Willow went white and shrieked. From that noise she made and the fact that she was as white as a ghost, they understood that it was bad.
.
"How are you alive?!?!" Willow shouted out in concern.
"An old frenemy came by and told me to tough it out, and I would be rewarded," Dylan chuckled and rubbed his neck and looked out the window.
"Who?!" Willow asked as she understood that not many people could be called his frenemy.
"It's fine, Willow," Dylan calmed her down. "It was more of a hallucination than anything."
"That doesn't make it any better," Inko sighed, and the other two agreed.
"Anyway," Six said as he turned toward the teachers, flipping back into Couirer Six with ease. "How's the plan for retaliation coming along?"
"Well, to be honest, we ain't got the foggiest idea of what to do," Snipe told the truth as he scratched the back of his neck.
.
Six nodded and gave it a thought before a sly grin stretched across his face. Every teacher and Willow knew that sly grin very well. It always appeared when Six had a crazy or insane idea.
.
"Is Shinso around?" Six asked innocently.
