"Drink up today and be drunk today! Who cares what tomorrow brings!"
Keith Coleman glanced sympathetically in Jasper Rockwell's direction.
"Is President Fairchild really not going to help him?" Rose Shaw couldn't help but ask.
"He's not."
"But he's the third master of the Rockwell Family!"
"The third master of the Rockwell Family who's been kicked out," Keith Coleman added.
Rose Shaw was at a loss for words. She felt sorry for Jasper Rockwell, but at the same time, she couldn't suppress the urge to laugh.
Jasper Rockwell set down his wine bottle and waved a waiter over from across the room.
"Have you seen Melody Monroe?"
"Sorry, I haven't seen Miss Monroe."
"I have a secret to tell you. C'mere, lean in. I'll whisper it just to you."
"Please, go ahead, Master Rockwell."
"Your President Fisher and I are good friends."
"Right."
"If President Fisher were here, he would definitely buy me this drink."
"But President Fisher isn't here."
