Chapter 110 - Teaching Him

"For real?" Despite saying this in a surprising way, William didn't give off any air of actually being surprised.

His eyes remained calm, assessing the man in front of him with a clinical coolness that seemed to pierce through Kong's Silver-grade bravado. "Do you have a hammer?"

"This is my bronze-grade hammer, one that I've used to forge many gears so far," Kong said with a flicker of pride. He flashed his hand, and from his storage ring, a hammer materialised.

It wasn't as heavy or grand as the silver-grade beast William had been wielding, but the latter looked at it and knew it was enough. For this specific technique, the weight was secondary to the wielder's control and the hammer's resonance.

"Have you watched what I was doing?" William asked, his voice tinged with doubt.

Kong nodded solemnly. "I've watched every move, though I'll admit I may need a little guidance here."
