This was a Cultivation Technique imparted by Doumu. The Innate Qi was the reason a Xinsu could engage in the Cultivation of Truth. Each time he used the Divine Light from the Eye of Consciousness to envelop the Innate Qi and push it into one of the Seven Wheels, his control over the Cultivation of Truth would grow slightly stronger.
