Hearing this, Li Lu couldn't help but clench her back molars tightly as the scars from her past torments began to throb faintly.
If she were alone, she would fight this woman tooth and nail, even if it cost her life. But things were different now; she had a child.
When a mother has a child, the child's life becomes far more important than her own. It could be called the basic instinct of biological maternity, but for now, at least, Li Lu couldn't resist it.
