Anna, wearing a long, silk dress, came from behind the crowd and snatched the tablet from Charles's hand.
With fury in her eyes, she glared at K9 on the screen and gritted her teeth. "How dare you target my daughter? Just you wait. I'm already starting to figure out where you are!"
"A bunch of old fools who deserve to be buried in the ground! Do you really think you're so special? If you were that capable, would the Earth's surface have ended up like this?"
Before anyone could react, Anna gripped the tablet with both hands and snapped it in half with a shower of sparks.
Still seething, she pointed at Charles and hurled a stream of insults before turning and striding into the nearby darkness.
Charles quickly followed her into a spot where the crew's flashlights couldn't reach.
"Anna! What the hell are you doing? You've completely ruined the plan!" Charles reached for her wrist, but she violently shook him off.
