Amelia is the youngest in the Laurel family, with 11 siblings and cousins. And that is counting the Laurel family residing in the estate alone.
The one currently possessing her, our viewpoint into this story is a college students barely getting by in reality, reading novels and stories not just as relief but also inspiration. After discovering [Flower of Eden], her luck began to pick back up from the floor and life begin to sail much more smoothly. She took it as a sign, regarding it as her lucky totem, determined to learn more about it beyond the letter filled screen.
At first there was nothing, the author weren't much of an online person, except for a personal email stamped in a corner of the page's description, almost none existance.
No social media, no fan box, plus the lack of official art drive her up the wall.
There were small fan page, but none could provide the cannon experience she wanted.
So...
She rally the meager number of fans she could find (like a bit more than a baker's dozen) and sent a collective email to the author, pleading for what little crumbs they could. Maybe just an official pages, some kind of arts for the desperate, even promising to return in payment of fan arts of each characters.
It took a few months before an actual reply came from the author themselves, not through the very email they sent together, but as the newcomer in their unofficial fan page.
A brand new account with no post.
" I have seen you email. Thank you for the support thus far for our story."
" An official fanpage will be set up soon."
A message short and sweet, almost bordering a scam if it wasn't posted at the same time with the new chapter notice and the new poster art for it. The comments under it were filled with chatter so long that it could span two apartment buildings. Whoever was left in that group felt almost estatic, waiting with baited breath.
Once the proper channel was establish, the fourteenth of them were immediately promoted into hardcore fans. Expectation was a bit on the lower side but they seems to have triggered the author never ending flow of inspiration since from that day on, the posts never stop, with averaging of almost 30 posts in one hour at one point.
This in turn, also bring in so much more reader for the story, generating more revenue for the author. And to repay the fandom, they sets up fan gift boxes with themed character and assetetic based on a quiz that can be won through lucky draw.
As hardcore fans, they were promised a guarantee chance of recieveing their own box with the quiz result. Of course, all for free.

He is a father of five?
As the youngest out of all his brothers and sisters, he never once dreamed of a day that he would become the Patriarch of the Laurel family.
To compare talent with talent, out of technicality, only his 1st brother Raymond and he was on the path of learning how to lead the family.
His older brother Austin is big on hunting, traveling in the forest for weeks long with his wife who was equally passionate. Lexi set herself up with a agricultural guild, helping farmer with crops, merchants connection, export and transportation, meeting her husband after stealing him from a ruined merchant guild.
Cameron became a collector, one of the many reasons why even the library in their house somehow becoming one of the biggest in the world. Gemstones, paintings, books, maps, ... he bring back everything under the sun to decorate the house with them. Later adopting a boy as his successor - Agnes who is the same age as Olivia.
Amaryllis is deeply interested in insects, curating specimens from all over the world to learn more about them. A few years after her relentless outreaching research, a scholar came to the Laurel estate for a chance of collaboration with her. His fields was flora. Together they created the ginormous botanical house in the Laurel estate, turning the environment within it perfect for both plants and insects to live in harmony. Not quite sure where their romantic feeling bloomed but, they got married immediately after the completion of this project.
And as the sister who is just a few years older than Barrow himself, Natasha became a civil servant, afterward, bringing in her previously struggling boss as his new brother in law. Disappeared on a half year long honeymoon, before coming back to the house like she didn't ignore everyone's letter for that entire square of time.
Safe to say, as long as you got a bit of Laurel blood in you, there is bound to be somethings that are a little strange.
As far as family status goes, he will always be the youngest in their eyes, despite the position he is at now.
And, as for the two oldest twin Raymond and Lawrence, the two brother and sister set out to be the next Patriarch/Matriarch and the other's closest confidant. But before long, Lawrence choosed to move away to the Kingdom of Cylus to settle down, eventually marrying and having a child there.
Heartbroken as Raymond is, he eventually leave her to live her own happiness, bringing him to start teaching Barrow on how to lead the household alongside him.
Yet...
One day, Raymond stormed out of his office, crumpled letter in hand as he commanded a carriage straight toward Cylus. Barrow couldn't get a word out of him before he disappeared.
And, in the end, the only thing that came back was...

Barrow being the Patriarch.
Andrea being the Matriarch.
Both will hold this name as the one holding most power in the family.
[Dawning Rose- Unipue] is an unique magic skill of the Blumenthal family, specialize in the curation of special species of fauna and flora all over Mellani, meaning her family was also a close patron for the Laurel family for generations. Andrea's magic lean more toward flora, curating the family's gift [Encyclopedia of Ecology - Rare] into her own version.
[Abdiel - Uncommon] is a style of movement in combat, created and publicize to the mass based on their family unique skills. It is versatile with most weapons and can easily be incorporated into other ways of combat.
Through this process of merging, a devoted learner who have gained the skill can evolve it into different variation, developing their unique sets of movements around the flexible base.
Admittedly, an Unique stem is essentially the hardest branch to reach. It required the person themselves to have something only they themselves have, that can be woven into its usage or support the method of its usage.
Even god has their favorite, and their favorite is the Laurel Family. At least one of them.

Amelia's three? older siblings, all of them already claiming unshakable seats in their respective field. They act as the symbol of purity and truthfulness, ensuring fairness and equality of implication for all, be it the masses or the priviliged.
Olivia took up the mantle as the oldest and become the knight commander closest to the crown. Turning herself into the kingdom's guardian shield alongside her father.
Amber put her focus into magic, guarding the methodology in the way miracles are supposed to be used for the betterment of the world.
Louis didn't hold much interest in the ways of combat, he started out neglecting that area as a whole before almost getting blasted into bits in the middle of court by some rampaging criminals, only surviving thank to the goddess statue on the then destroyed podium squishing the ragger on to the floor, that he obediently learn combat under his mother teacher. He stated:
" No way in hell will I learn from the two brutes I call sisters."
The older siblings took too much after their powerful father, strong but lack the initiative to hold back to beginner. After just one hour in their care, Louis had to make his great escape by sacrificing the soldiers training with him and started training under their mother instead.

Adraine and Maisy both came from fallen noble linages, while Nora and Daphne are common-born. The prior had been working in the Laurel family since they were a child, following their family's footsteps. The latter joined after a being diligently trained for many years.
At first, they were just helpers, then they were entrusted with taking care of Amelia when she turned 5, and they have been taking care of her ever since.
Adraine had been here much longer than all of them, learning by her mother - the head maid of the Spring Palace. Safe to say, she has been around to see every faces that had once resided in this house.
The Laurel had never been those to look down upon chances and education, they allows all employees to pursue their own path, even if it meant them ultimately leaving. She took those chances once too, she flew all over the world, learning in prestigious academy and took part in the events in which most could never dream of witnessing.
In the end, she kept the contacts, but rejected the invites, returning to the place where she called home.
Afterall, there is still one debt here that she cannot repaid even with her life.

She worked for the Aurelia guild - one of the currently fastest growing merchant in Meelani. Later in the novel, they became the peace keeper in numerous regions when disasters started breaking out. The Guildmaster - Orion Aurelius consequently became the arrowhead of humanity, his mass wealth and resources turned into a safe bastion in time of need.
Dawn is a trustworthy commissioner who happens to become buddy with the Laurel family's heiress, the Guildmaster must had permited the overflowing spending of wealth and research to exchange a favor to have an audience with Hycarpo's Royal family.
Though it is unclear whether or not, Dawn's reason for approaching the Laurel people was purely order by the Guild master. Her intention is temporarily judged as unadulterated goodwill by the Laurel family since the guild master himself didn't personally intervene with any decision made.
However, as far as records goes, Dawn is filed to be on compensatory leave for an unknown amount of time.
