After my thirty minute call with my family I went to the bathroom to freshen up before I made the bed and patiently waited for Benedito on the couch.
He came in minutes later with two maids who also carried trays full of food. I greeted them as they laid everything out on the table before taking their leave. I looked up to Benedito when he stood in front of me with a bright smile. I held my arms up and he easily picked me up and allowed me to wrap my legs around his waist.
"I love you so much," I brushed my nose against his.
He gave me a soft, long yet assertive kiss before he looked deeply into my eyes, "I love you."
Our little bubble was popped by the paw steps of Booger, Diego, Joao and Rico as they entered our room with lolled tongues. Benedito placed me down, and I instantly scooped Booger in my arms before placing kisses on each of the Doberman's forehead. They looked at me with curious eyes probably wondering why I was so happy.
