After leaving Zhang Rei's place, Yang Qing headed to the Order's Main Library at the Institute. With Ma Yuan and Ma Ling about to leave, he wanted to gather a few books that would help them in their new life.
Having shared his self-created cultivation arts with the Order, and more so because of the arts' grade, Yang Qing had earned enough merit points and goodwill from both the Order and the library itself to redeem even a cultivation art if he wanted to.
Under normal circumstances, even with merit points on hand, it was next to impossible to redeem a cultivation art that one intended to hand to an outsider. However, if it was for personal use, no merit points were needed.
For an outsider, however, the only way to gain access to the Order's cultivation arts was through a pre-approval granted directly by the Order.
