Yellow light means the team referee needs to actively go out and collaborate with the team to resolve the current crisis.
Red light is the highest level, indicating that it's beyond the team referee's capabilities and requires immediate evacuation or request for rescue.
In other words, a significant factor impacting the competition might have arisen somewhere in the desert.
