Six years passed and Kousuke stood there, breathing heavily. He had his scar and he held two daggers. Hundreds of armored knights, crowded around him. Kousuke grits his teeth,
"How long has it been...?" Kousuke internalized, looking around the dimly lit room.
"A year... I think..." Kousuke said. Kousuke dashed forward, cutting through a couple hundred of the knights at once. Kousuke grits his teeth,
"I'm getting the hell out of here..." Kousuke said. Kousuke squinted his eyes, facing toward a wall and reverse gripping his daggers. Kousuke then dashed forward, breaking a hole in the wall. He flew out of the castle, hundreds of knights chasing after him. He turned around, flying backward away from the castle. He pointed his daggers at the knights. A huge energy blast came out from both of the daggers, evaporating all of the knights. A rebounding blast hit the dagger out of his left hand.
The dagger fell to the ground, landing in the water. Kousuke scoffed, turning around and flying faster as more knights advanced toward his position. A few hours later, Kousuke arrived back in Japan. He wore a black turtle neck and grey pants with a grey trench coat. He wore his glasses. He approached the Shibuya crossing, seeing a brown-haired woman with blue eyes on a billboard advertising perfume. He closed his eyes, sighed, and walked away. Kousuke walked down the street with his hands in his pocket. He walked into a convenience store and saw a black-haired woman wearing a grey sweater and black pants. He walked past her, grabbing a cut-in-half egg sandwich wrapped in plastic off a shelf. Someone then tapped Kousuke's shoulder. Kousuke turned around and his eyes widened in shock.
"Mom!?" Kousuke thought to himself. Reo chuckled awkwardly,
"Do I... Know you from somewhere...?" Reo asked. Kousuke closed his eyes, smiling.
"No ma'am... You don't..." Kousuke said. She sighed,
"Sorry about that... You just look a lot like my oldest..." Reo said. Kousuke's eyes widened,
"What's his name...?" Kousuke asked. Reo smiled,
"Yuki... He's in elementary school right now..." Reo said. Kousuke put on a fake smile,
"Oh, that's good to hear... I'd love to talk more, but I'm really busy..." Kousuke said. Reo nodded quickly,
"O-Oh! Sorry about that..." Reo said. Kousuke nodded, turning to the register and paying for his sandwiches. He walked out of the store, with his glasses lenses turned black.
"She... Forgot...?" Kousuke asked himself. A tear would fall down his eyes,
"Kou-Kun?" A female voice said. Kousuke's eyes widened, seeing the same brown-haired girl from the billboard. She wore a white crop top and blue jeans. Kousuke just stared at her fer a second with his mouth slightly open. She chuckled, covering her mouth.
"Sang-hee...?" Kousuke said, quietly. Sang-hee smiled softly, walking closer to Kousuke. She put her hand on his cheek,
"You're still the same Kousuke after all these years...?" Sang-hee asked. Kousuke turned his head,
"No... I'm not..." Kousuke said, holding back more tears. Sang-hee put her hand on his glasses.
"Can I...?" Sang-hee asked. She would begin to pull off the glasses, seeing his scar. Sang-hee hugged Kousuke quickly,
"I missed you..." Sang-hee said. Kousuke's eyes widened, letting the tears out.
"I... I missed you too..." Kousuke said. Sang-hee stepped back, holding Kousuke's hands.
"How about... You come back to Korea with me...?" Sang-hee asked. Kousuke sucked up his tears, shaking his head.
"I can't..." Kousuke said. Sang-hee raised a brow,
"Why...?" Sang-hee asked. Kousuke sighed,
"I'm a dead man... My life is no good in the 13th District..." Kousuke said. Sang-hee sighed, nodding.
"Then where will you...?" Sang-hee asked. Kousuke shrugged,
"The 10th District probably..." Kousuke said. Sang-hee's eyes widened in shock,
"Why there!?" She said in desperation. Kousuke looked at her in the eyes,
"I'll be safer there than I am here..." Kousuke said. Sang-hee looked into his eyes, knowing he was telling the truth. She then looked down at the ground as her bangs covered her eyes,
"Will I ever see you again...?" Sang-hee asked. Kousuke shook his head,
"No... But you'll meet my brother..." Kousuke said. Sang-hee's eyes widened, looking up at Kousuke. Sang-hee raised a brow, looking at Kousuke.
"What do you mean...?" Sang-hee asked. Kousuke sighed, scratching the top of his head.
"Uhm... I can't really explain it too well..." Kousuke said. Sang-hee nodded,
"Well... I guess this is goodbye..." Sang-hee said. Kousuke nodded, Kousuke then vanished, leaving no trace. Sang-hee looked up, noticing she would be wearing Kousuke's trench coat. She smiled, putting her hand on the jacket. Kousuke smiled,
"Goodbye... Cha Sang-hee..." Kousuke said.
"Thank you..." Sang-hee said. Kousuke appeared in the middle of what looked like a battlefield. He looked around, raising a brow.
"This is the 10th District...?" Kousuke said. Suddenly, Kousuke dodged a sniper bullet headed for his head. He caught the bullet with his thumb and index finger. Looking at it,
"What the hell...? Is this a metal round...?" Kousuke asked himself. He then looked to his left and saw a man holding a sniper. Kousuke then threw the bullet toward the sniper, killing him. The sniper's corpse fell backward into his trench. Kousuke sighed,
"They weren't wrong about the Civil War stuff..." Kousuke internalized. Kousuke pulled out his dagger, running toward one of the trenches. He grinned, eerily. The soldiers looked up from their trench, seeing Kousuke looking down at them. A devilous grin on his face. Kousuke ran through the trench, cutting down every soldier in his path, not caring what side they were on. He was going on a rampage. A rampage of the 10th District Civil War.
