Kousuke ran toward Haruto, winding his arm back to strike with his dagger. Haruto jumped back, clapping his hands together. A bolt of lightning shot at Kousuke. Kousuke dodged the lightning bolt vanishing. Haruto's eyes widened, as his eye moved to the side of its socket. Kousuke appeared behind Haruto, slashing his dagger at his neck.
Haruto's eyes widened, as lightning crawled on the blade. The blade remained stable, heating up but not turning to ash. Haruto snapped his fingers as a bolt of lightning struck down between the two.
Haruto stood there breathing heavily. Haruto touched the cut on his neck. "How the hell... His dagger should've burned to ash..." Haruto internalized. "How did my blade not burn?" Kousuke asked. Haruto's eyes widened in surprise. "It's simple really..." Kousuke said, looking at Haruto's blood on his blade. Kousuke whipped his blade, throwing the blood off.
Haruto scratched the back of his head, "But I'm confused..." Haruto said. Kousuke raised a brow. "What's up?" Kousuke asked. Lightning then began to static on Haruto's palm. "What's your ability?" Haruto asked.
Kousuke smirked, "So... You've figured out eh..." Kousuke asked. Haruto smirked, "Nah, but you confirmed my theory." Haruto said. Kousuke looked confused. "What theory..?" Kousuke asked. Haruto shrugged, "Maybe that you don't have an ability." Haruto said. Kousuke chuckled, "Yeah, you'd be right... But that doesn't mean I'm powerless..." Kousuke said.
Haruto raised a brow as Kousuke pointed a finger at him. "Shi," Kousuke said. A Dark red beam then came shooting out of the tip of Kousuke's finger. Haruto grasped his hands together pointing them at the beam. A beam of light blue lightning then collided with the dark red beam. Haruto jumped back as the two beams exploded. Haruto ground his teeth. "What the hell is this guy…?" Haruto asked. Haruto ran toward Kousuke, with a ball of lightning in his hand. Haruto jumped, chucking the sphere of energy. Kousuke grinned, vanishing. Kousuke appeared behind Haruto, slashing his dagger. Haruto's eyes widened in shock. It's like the two were in slow motion, Kousuke's dagger getting closer and closer to Haruto's neck. Lightning then crawled all over to the dagger, before it blew Kousuke away.
Back in real time, Kousuke flew backward into a tree. The explosion left a large dust cloud, blurring Haruto's vision. Kousuke then appeared in front of Haruto, kicking him in the face. Haruto flew to the left, with his body dragging a trail into the ground. Haruto, stood up wiping the blood from his mouth. Haruto ran toward Kousuke, gritting his teeth. "STOP DODGING!!" Haruto shouted. Kousuke smirked, "Stop dodging you say?" Kousuke said.
Meanwhile, Callie and Sophia ran through the museum, hearing the rumbling outside. A rock fell onto the ground from the ceiling. Callie tripped over the rock while the two girls ran. "Cal's!!" Sophia shouted. Sophia ran over to Callie, going to help her out. Callie looked up in shock. "SOPHIE MOVE!!" Callie screamed as a large chunk of the ceiling fell from above her. Callie closed her eyes, opening her mouth. The piece of the ceiling then flew into the wall. "Are you guys alright!!??" Shiro asked.
Sophia and Callie looked up at him, "Y-Yeah…" Sophia faltered. "Alright, follow me… We're going to go hide until Haruto's done fighting." Shiro said. Callie and Sophia nodded. The three of them ran toward a reenactment, hiding in fake trenches. Shiro placed fake sandbags on top of the girls. Shiro sighed, running toward the exit of the building. Shiro ran out of the exit, seeing Haruto and Kousuke fighting. Shiro's eyes widened in shock seeing Haruto breathing heavily.
"H-Haruto!? Do you need help!?" Shiro shouted. Haruto ground his teeth, "It's fine!! I got this!!" Haruto shouted. Shiro looked at Kousuke. Kousuke stood there, smirking. Not even letting out a sweat drop. Shiro glared at Kousuke. "He's not even sweating…" Shiro thought. He looked at the smile on Kousuke's face. "Is he…" Shiro thought. Shiro paused for a second. "… Even Human..?" Shiro internalized. Shiro looked over at Haruto, who was obviously struggling. Shiro opened his mouth as if he were about to speak. "GO BACK INSIDE, HANAMI!!" Haruto shouted. Shiro's eyes widened in shock.
Shiro nodded, "A-Alright…" Shiro said. He turned walking back inside the museum. He walked over to a table, folding his hands. Shiro looked at his hands with a worried look on his face. "Will Haruto be fine…" Shiro internalized. Shiro began to sweat remembering Kousuke's smirk. "Right..?" Shiro thought. Shiro's leg began to bounce from anxiety. "Yeah… He's got this… Haruto and I make the strongest, therefore both of us separately are the strongest too… Right..?" Shiro said. Shiro stared at the table with no emotion. "Please."
Meanwhile outside, Haruto and Kousuke would continue fighting outside. Shiro looked around the rumbling building in worry. "What do I do… I feel useless here…" Shiro said. Shiro looked at his palm, "Am I…?" Shiro asked himself.
