(R-18 Mature Scenes)
Night had not yet fallen when I summoned Raem Khadir.
He came without ceremony, as he always did—silent, precise, carrying the gravity of a man who understood that some matters were not to be witnessed by more than two souls. The lamps in my private chamber were low, their flames steady, casting long shadows across stone and silk.

"I oversaw it myself." he replied. "Administered as a health tonic good for the body. She took it without hesitation."
No questions. No suspicion.
I exhaled slowly through my nose and nodded once.
