(A/N- I wanted to write how Conqueror was used to affect Abyss' power, but until now, we haven't been given a proper answer to that. So, I will not write it.)
"Figarland child!"
Imu/Saturn stared at Shanks with an enraged look as he spoke.
"Shanks!"
Luffy excitedly shouted and rushed next to Shanks. But he didn't hug Shanks. Instead, he floated around Shanks and asked.
"Why are you here?"
Looking at Luffy, Shanks couldn't help but remember little Luffy. Now, that little Luffy had grown into a fine lad.
Shanks didn't even need to exchange blows to gauge Luffy's strength. As much as he wanted to do that, he knew Luffy was stronger than him now.
Despite that, he had one advantage against Luffy.
He knew the actual weakness of Abyss.
"I came to stop this war. It seems like you have done a great job at that."
Shanks chuckled at Luffy.
Then, he turned his head towards Liam and nodded. He felt something off about Liam, as if his body was disappearing into the void.
But he didn't understand why this was happening.
Not just him, at this moment, almost everyone in this field could feel something was off with Liam.
Only ones who knew the true situation were Straw Hats and Aokiji.
Shanks turned his attention towards Imu/Saturn and spoke.
"You should return to your castle. This war will not end in your favor. You should know this more than anyone else, Imu."
"Insolence, Figarland child!"
Imu spoke with an enraged tone as he continued.
"Imu doesn't retreat. Nobody denies Imu."
At this moment, a fist coated with Armament Haki and Supreme King Haki struck his face before he could continue, destroying a portion of the burned face.
"Wake up to reality, you bastard! You are not winning here, not in this guy's body."
Luffy shouted as he ran and stood in front of Imu.
"800 years! For that long, you have ruled this world. You have forgotten something. You weren't strong enough."
"To fight him, or fight to us!"
Shanks's voice rang throughout the Marineford as he instantly appeared next to Luffy and swung his sword down.
[Divine Departure]
A powerful slash emerged from his sword; the Conqueror Haki was like a thunderstorm destroying several parts of Saturn's body.
Splash!
The slash went forward, tearing Saturn's body from the middle. If it wasn't for his rapid regeneration, holding on to some level, he would've split in half.
Bang!
Saturn's face was distorted with anger as the body of Saturn started dying under his control. Even the power of the Abyss stopped working.
"You will pay for your actions, Figarland boy!"
Imu made the last threat before summoning a massive array underneath Saturn. The next moment, Saturn disappeared from the Marineford.
At this moment, Imu, the Great Ruler of this world, fled from the battlefield.
"Wow! What was that, Shanks? How did your Conqueror affect him like that?"
"I can teach you that later, Luffy."
Shanks chuckled as he landed on the ground and turned his attention towards Sengoku.
"Fleet Admiral Sengoku-san, you have seen the result. Even the Gorosei can't do anything against us. It is better to end this war."
Hearing that, Sengoku roared.
"You bastard, do you think we still have the manpower to continue this war?"
Shanks chuckled and turned towards Whitebeard.
"Whitebeard, I warned you long ago. Now, you are a half-lit candle that can run out at any moment. I hope you don't continue to be reckless anymore and leave with what you have."
Conqueror Haki could be dangerous, especially if it was extremely powerful and used against weaker people.
Originally, Whitebeard Pirates didn't lose many of their people. But when Imu appeared, his Conqueror Haki almost made half of their army brain-dead.
This was devastating for Whitebeard, who loved his sons.
At least, compared to him, Sengoku got a massive win. Although Luffy also used his Conqueror Haki, he didn't make them brain-dead.
There was no malice in his Haki.
Whitebeard controlled his rage. He knew both Luffy and Shanks wouldn't help him if he started a battle.
Although he had an advantage in number, he didn't think they were strong enough to face the full wrath of Garp, Sengoku, Aokiji, Akainu, and Kizaru.
"It seems like this war has ended. I am leaving."
Mihawk placed the sword on his back and left without wasting his time. He could fight Zoro, but he could see that Zoro wasn't ready to face him yet.
He didn't mind waiting. With the level of progress that Zoro was making, he would soon catch up.
Then, it wouldn't be lonely again.
As for other Warlords, Doflamingo was sweating hard. He didn't expect the ruler of the world to arrive on the battlefield and run away in disgrace.
He seriously thought there would be a battle between the Gorosei and Yonko.
He was waiting for that, but it didn't happen. Before the other Gorosei made their presence, Imu made his presence, but ended up leaving.
It wasn't just Luffy. Red Hair Shanks also showed why he was one of the Yonko and the strongest person in the sea.
Now, he was sweating. He wasn't sure if he should leave immediately or continue to stay here.
After five seconds, he decided that leaving right now was a better choice for him.
"Fufufu! Since Marines won't fight, there is no need to gang out here anymore."
He released his Devil Fruit, connecting his thread to the clouds as he flew away.
The only Warlord left was Hancock. She just stood there, gazing at Luffy with a strange obsession.
After she learned about his attack on Celestial Dragon, she found herself slowly falling for him.
But it was only after she saw his power, she truly felt that heartbeat.
She still didn't know what it was, but she wanted to talk to Luffy. She bit her finger and decided to find him.
Whitebeard looked at his sons and sighed. The only ones awake were Division Commanders and some older members.
They had faced Roger's Haki, Shiki's Haki, and even his own Hak constantly. They were able to stand straight even against Imu's Haki.
"Sons, take your brothers to the ship! We are returning."
At this moment, Zoro looked at Ace and said.
"Originally, we weren't going to save Whitebeard Pirates and Whitebeard. Even Luffy agreed to that plan."
Ace froze on his track.
Zoro didn't care about his emotions. He just continued.
"But later, Luffy changed his mind. He said 'Since I have the power to save his crew, why should I worry about our battle in the future?"
"Luffy had already surpassed Whitebeard, even the Whitebeard in his Prime. But you have new responsibilities, Ace."
"If you don't step up your game, Whitebeard won't survive long enough in the New World."
Ace knew what Zoro wanted to say. Luffy was already an Emperor, but other people were eyeing the Emperor position.
For them, the current Whitebeard Pirates were the perfect choice.
He gritted his teeth and clenched his fist.
"I won't ever let him down."
Saying so, he walked away in disgrace and tears.
Someone who was standing close by also heard his words. This was none other than Marco.
He nodded his head towards Zoro and said.
"Thanks, Roronoa!"
Despite their overall strength, he, the First Division Commander, knew the true gap between a Yonko Commander and an Emperor.
In the Whitebeard Pirates, the only one who could truly lead the crew in the future as an Emperor was none other than Ace.
But because of the status quo, his strength was stagnant.
Now, with a new burden and experience, Ace had enough reasons to keep making progress.
At this moment, Sanji suddenly raised his head towards the sky.
Only to be followed by Luffy and Shanks, who simultaneously raised their heads towards the sky.
"Teach!"
Shanks sneered.
"Boss, do you want me to make a move?"
Yassop said while pointing his rifle towards the sky.
"Luffy?"
Usopp followed after him as he had a metal coin floating on his finger, aiming at his target.
"They don't want to fight."
Luffy shook his head and shouted.
"Guys, let's leave!"
Then, he turned towards Shanks as he nodded.
"I won't return this hat yet."
"I know." Shanks replied.
"Good! Hehehe!"
Luffy chuckled as he floated back to the ship.
Liam followed after him when Shanks suddenly spoke.
"I can feel disturbance in your heart, lad. I don't know what's going on, but trust your partners. They will find a way."
Liam bit his lips and shook his head.
"Things don't look normal." Beckman spoke.
"Luffy can handle it."
Shanks said as he raised his hand.
"Boys, let's go!"
Soon, Red Hair Pirates also left the Marineford on the ship.
"Hey, Sengoku, is that Hancock sneaking into Luffy's ship?" Garp pointed at the tall lady who was jumping on Straw Hat's ship as he asked.
"GARP!"
Sengoku roared.
